If I could rate this service lower than 1 star, I certainly would. Be cautious, as they may deceive you. If you receive the wrong items, they won't resolve the issue. They pressure you to purchase additional items to return the incorrect ones. You will incur shipping fees and a 20% deduction just to reclaim any of your money. After all the hassle I've faced, I doubt they will even refund the remaining amount. I've received numerous conflicting messages from different representatives offering various and contradictory solutions.
I absolutely loved my bag, and it arrived three days ahead of schedule, just in time for my trip! I purchased two, and both were fantastic. The features vary with the different color options, but they are both very functional! They are easy to travel with and approved for carry-on.
Upon receiving the product, I was not satisfied with the bag as the zipper doesn’t close fully and the roller feels unstable. When I attempted to initiate a return, I was informed that I needed to send it back to a location overseas and also pay restocking fees. The shipping cost to the address they provided is nearly half of what I originally paid for the bag. Essentially, if the return is accepted, you would only recover a fraction of your total expenditure. I wouldn’t suggest this product unless you are certain you will be happy with it.
My partner was heading to California to surprise his mom for the holidays. He needed something to carry all his plus-size clothing, size 14 shoes, and his gaming console without checking it in or feeling bulky. This bag was ideal. Everything fit with extra room, allowing him to add another pair of shoes. Thanks for making his new favorite bag!

The representative was vague about the return process and requested photos or videos of the issue, offering a small discount instead of a refund. I expressed my desire for a full refund and filed a complaint with my credit card company. Avoid this company; it feels like a bait and switch. They present a great product online, but what you receive is far from what was advertised. Buyer beware.
