Unimpressive bags and high return costs

I'm very disappointed with these bags and the customer service while trying to return them. I bought two bags with a wheeling cart, expecting them to be perfect for upcoming trips. However, the capacity only works for lightweight beach clothes and smaller sizes. I struggled to pack multiple shoes and tools without difficulty. Ultimately, I had to switch to a standard rolling bag that offered more space. One bag arrived stained, and the company's response was unsatisfactory. The 'leather' feels cheap, and the overall quality seems flimsy. The return process is problematic, with shipping back to a location overseas costing over $115, plus a restocking fee. They even suggested a small discount to keep the bags. This feels like a scam—charging high prices for low-quality products and complicating returns. I cannot stress enough: avoid these bags.

Hooe your order is correct or your screwed

Wrong bag was ordered and they had me reorder new bag before they would allow the return only to find out the return shipping is just as much as the bag... Hoofully the order come correct or your screwed
