After answering a lengthy survey, you are able to access generic articles which require you to answer elaborate questions before you can progress to the next topic. Time waster. I set up an 'appointment' with a stylist and chatted online for over an hour while she asked me all the questions I had included in my questionnaire and then took 20 minutes to create an outfit which was very underwhelming. Other services were offered for additional costs outside of the membership fee but given the quality of the advice I received I didn't purchase any of these. I found the app to be a waste of my time.
They are a total scam. Do not give them your credit card information or any personal information because they will start charging without you even getting a service or a product from them. While they say they offer a moneyback guarantee if you try to cancel even within an hour after signing up, they will not cancel it. You’ll have to go through credit card disputes. They are terrible to deal with. After 18 emails the credit card company is resolving it. Shame on them! They are total thieves and they won’t be in business long, no doubt!!
This company are thieves. I signed up for the week's trial and they have consistently taken £45 a month from me since June, totalling almost £300. As someone else said, they do not let you cancel and you only ever speak to AI. Fortunately, my Barclaycard have refunded me the last two months' but it still means they have stolen £200 from me. Texting in the app is so impersonal and a video call would have been better.Also, the examples of how to define your body, face, etc type should include examples of what each type looks like.This archetype quiz should be offered as soon as someone signs up and you shouldn’t have to book a 30 minute session to do it.
