If I could give them 0 stars I would. They ask you to take a quiz to determine a style for you based on body type, age, personality, lifestyle, etc. At the end of the quiz they of course ask for an email to send results, but they never send you anything. Then they offer a month membership for 20.00, which I thought would be interesting to try, surely the results of my quiz will be available once I create an account and they will have outfits for me to choose from...WRONG! NOTHING OF THE SORT. Just more extras that cost extra, for example color analysis, etc. This company is a rip off and customer service is full of insincere hacks who really don't care if you're disappointed and its not what you were expecting 😕 Do not use this company!!
My stylist was Ember she was amazing she paid attention to what I wanted, how I felt about the items that she showed me good and bad in my opinion without judgment. Ember wanted to know why a certain part of the outfit didn't work for me.
If I could give it a negative -1 I would. Horrible, I’ve been trying to cancel service for 5 months. I’ve been charged over $400 after I canceled 5 times through email. I never spoke to a live person. I’ll have no choice but to cancel my bank card. SCAM! This company won’t make it too much longer because there is no real customer services and they continue to charge you after you cancel. I’m beyond upset and disappointed. They are taking advantage of hard working people.
I signed up to Lumi purely because there was no way to view results without paying. Within 15 minutes of using the platform, it was immediately clear the service was not what was advertised or expected.The styling felt generic, low effort, and not remotely personalised. As soon as I realised this, I cancelled and requested a refund for the one-month subscription ($29).Despite cancelling almost immediately, I was refused a refund and redirected to terms and conditions that were not clearly presented at checkout. The policy effectively states that if you “don’t like the product” or it “doesn’t meet expectations,” you are not eligible for a refund - which is unreasonable for a digital service you cannot assess before paying.Instead of acknowledging the issue, customer support repeatedly offered upsells (a 1:1 stylist session) rather than addressing the refund request. The tone was polite but dismissive, and responsibility was pushed back onto obscure T&Cs.This feels like a classic paywall trap: you must pay to see what you’re buying, and once you realise it’s poor quality, you’re told that dissatisfaction isn’t a valid reason for a refund.I’ve now had to escalate the matter through PayPal.I would strongly caution others before signing up. If a company is confident in its product, it shouldn’t need to hide behind restrictive refund policies or deny refunds for a service used for minutes.Transparency and consumer fairness matter - and this experience lacked both.

In no time at all.I received the suggested wardrobes as per the questionnaire at no cost to me.I replied and made a suggestion based on my personal taste, and immediately they came back and thanked me for my input. I am more than impressed with the personal service that this company gives. Response time, almost immediately. politeness and respect top-notch. Very refreshing in this online world we live in.
