Scam!! I signed up for this app on a trial membership. I did not like the style they had as it wanted to dress me like an old lady. I immediately cancelled and regretted my trial membership. Fast forward to weeks later where I’m fighting a subscription to their services. This is happening after multiple unanswered emails about cancellation and a 45 dolllar charge to my account. Do not trust this company!
Update.... customer service reached out to me and refunded both charges. I signed up and agreed to the charge of $29.95. I had an issue immediately because a second charge was charged for $29.64 . I didn't agree to a second charge. I canceled the membership immediately. Never used it.. still can't get an answer about the second charge. Do not use this service
***update**** since I have written this review, and several email exchanges, they have since ‘happily refunded’ the last charge and that I should keep an eye on my account. I will wait and see.////////I tried to set up an account but I kept getting error messages when trying to log into the app. I couldn’t re set my password as my email address was ‘incorrect’. I had emailed them three times to cancel my account and that no further money should be deducted from my bank account. I received no response and they did in fact take more money out of my account. A complete scam!!!
Hmmm... I expected more from this session. My stylist Ember recommended only one outfit and then that was it. I did like the outfit after one adjustment she made. This whole process is still unclear to me. The emails say I'll get recommendations for a variety of outfits. But so far I've only received one. Is that normal?
This is truly a company that wants to get it right. Representatives were very personable and every tidbit of information I shared, no matter how simple, they endeavor educational to incorporate into my profile so their picks continued to improve, to more reflect how I wanted to dress. Wants I sometimes wasn't even aware of.
It’s a scam!!!! There’s nothing Ai about the service. After answering so many personal questions as a result you get a shopping network. Please don’t be misled by the kind reply from Lumi, the service is a scam. You answer questions and then you give an images of different outfits to purchase. That’s all there is to it. This are not personalized services . The body shape is chosen same way you choose a triangle when you go to the restroom.
