Review Time
I saw a Facebook ad, thought I would try it. Paid $7 for a one week trial. Spent 20-30 minutes looking at the outfits, etc. I can honestly say after taking their “style test”, the outfits they suggested were awful. I tried rating them to see if algorithm would improve but now, terrible! So I didn’t open the app again. Looked a few days later on my iPhone, to make sure it wasn’t listed under subscriptions, which it wasn’t. Thought all was fine. But no, one week after I signed up, my card was charged $49. When I signed up for the one week trial I saw absolutely nothing about it automatically converting to a subscription and that it was $49. Talked to the company, explained the situation, they said there was nothing they could do. No refund or anything. Apparently in the fine print it said all of this, but it was pages and pages of fine print, and that must have been hidden. To me, this is shady, and the company lacks transparency! Beware! It has all been stressful and a waste of time.
I purchased the lowest-priced plan to try the service, and then accepted an offer for a subscription that included a 7-day trial. However, I was immediately charged $49 for a service I did not intend to purchase, and no trial period was actually provided — the charge happened right away.I requested a refund almost immediately after the payment, but it was declined, even though I had not used the service. Only after the payment and refund request did I find out that the app does not properly support Android users, which was not clearly stated beforehand.Overall, the process was not transparent, and there was no proper support to resolve the issue.
I am new to this service and I had a text based discussion with Lorelai where she picked out an outfit for me. I loved what she picked!! She was very friendly and explained things I didn't understand about the service. I purchased everything but 2 things in my look.
I took a try out membership of 1 month and just had my personal session with stylist Lorelai for the November look styling advice. She took her time, was friendly, polite and very connected with my input. It resulted in a real nice advice which works very well for me. An enormous time saver for me who does not like shopping! HOWEVER please look into the app because it does not accept updates and the follow-on dates of my month plan stay closed after I set my goal etc.
I ordered a one month subscription. Was charged for a different subscription and the one month too. tried to get a refund. They wouldn't refund. I cancelled this program and they refuse to refund my money. It was literally hours I had it. They suck...DO NO USE THIS SCAM COLPANY
