Quality is absolutely horrid, when asked about the returns process, it is to China and then they will also charge for custom fees on top of that, which they do out of your refund. I have been going back and forth for a week trying to get this sorted and they use chat gpt to give me basically the same response. This is not an aussie owned or managed company. Do not reccommend.

Do not purchase from this company. The quality of the product is atrocious!! It is obvious they do not have a residence within Australia and customer service is being managed overseas.they try to offer partial refunds for returns and as a last resort tried to make me return to china. The customer service was terrible. Would never purchase from them again!!

This company really needs state's…

This company really needs state's consumer protection agency (like Fair Trading or Consumer Affairs) or report the business to the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC).The company deliberately sent me a two piece swimsuit when I ordered a one piece. Of course they do this so that it makes it too difficult to send back. Then they refused to give me the return address. Because they have deliberately done this deceitful selling technique if they dont refund my full amount I will take them to court.

Terrible quality product and over priced

Terrible quality product that was meant to be brown but arrived as orange. Available on Shein for a third of the price and took as long as Shein to arrive to Australia so don't be fooled by the free postage. its still coming from China likely from Shein.

PLEASE BUYERS BEWARE!!! THIS COMPANY IS DESPICABLE!!! I wish I had read the reviews prior to placing an order. I am in the process of trying to get a refund due to poor quality and sizing issues. I have never dealt with such a fraudulent online business. It has been an expensive lesson which has left me very disappointed and also disgusted that this fraud/theft goes on. Please do not purchase anything from this business!!!

Customer service deserves a shoutout

Customer service deserves a shoutout. I had a sizing question and they replied almost immediately with actual helpful advice; not some copy paste message. The dress arrived fitting exactly like I hoped. They even followed up afterward, which I thought was such a nice touch. It’s rare to feel like a brand genuinely cares anymore.

Paid $40 for a $4 ring from Temu

Paid $40 for a $4 ring from Temu. I dread the quality of the $80 watch I purchased (on sale from $160) so be warned that this shop is a scam. I thought I was supporting a small Australian business. They couldn’t even be bothered to remove the ring from the Temu packaging or upgrade to a decent jewellery boxes for the price, instead sticking the snap lock plastic bag in a cardboard box from the dollar store. Be warned - not a legitimate business they are only upselling cheap jewellery and clothes.

Buyer beware

The quality of the garments is shocking. Nowhere does it say on the website that returns are to China. Being offered a partial refund was disgusting as the return process advertised was fast and easy returns.When you google Luna Mae Australia it comes up which I saw they only ship to Australia. This company should not be allowed to sell to Aussies online!!!
