Terrible quality. Nothing like what is advertised. When requesting for a refund, they only offered 10% refund although I had requested as advertised within the 30 days with a very clear explanation. Never purchasing from this company and highly advise others to avoid at all costs.
Do not under any circumstances buy anything from this website. My order never arrived, it’s been over 2 months and they don’t refund. All they do is send the same generated message everyday telling me they are looking into it.Absolute disgrace

Their 30-day money back guarantee is misleading—returns must go back to China at the customer’s expense, which they don’t disclose.Instead of a refund, they push you to accept a small discount to keep the faulty product. This is misleading, unfair, and breaches Australian Consumer Law. I’ll be lodging a complaint with the ACCC.Do not waste your money—Luna Mae is a scam-like business.
I purchased a dress from this website, and while they did send it, the quality was extremely disappointing. The material looked cheap and not worth the price at all, and the dress didn’t even have a size tag. It was too large and didn’t match the measurements listed in their size chart.The website claims to guarantee returns and refunds, so I contacted them to return the dress. That’s when the issues began. They first offered an exchange without requiring me to return the original dress, but I declined due to the poor material quality. Then they offered a 15% refund if I kept the dress, which I refused. Later, they increased the offer to 30% if I kept the dress. Eventually, they presented three options: accept the 30% refund and keep the dress, receive store credit for the full dress price, or return the dress to a return address in China (which seemed like a personal address), but I would have to cover shipping and customs charges.Feeling that this was a scam and not wanting to lose more money, I reluctantly accepted the 30% refund.Warning: Do your research before buying from this website. Not allowing buyers to review products is a major red flag. Don’t fall for their refund tactics, they seem designed to prevent legitimate returns and take advantage of customers.
I ordered a dress for $98 and it was horrible. The fabric was cheap and bad fitting. Looked nothing like the product they were promoting. I also can’t return it bc I wasn’t given a delivery number. Never buy from this company
Definitely should have read the reviews before I purchased with Luna Mae. I ordered a dress which arrived and it was terrible quality and the colour looked nothing like the photo. Same day I requested a refund and was offered a 15% refund with no need to return the item. I requested a full refund and was then offered 30% again stating that I wanted a full refund the ‘team leader was engaged’ and I was given three options, store credit (nah hun), 30% refund or to ship the product at my expense to China with a note saying I’d also have to pay customs clearance fees. I ended up going with the 30% refund as there was no guarantee they would honour the refund after I payed the shipping fees. Overall a scam & a waste of money!
Received the item, Immediately upon seeing and touching the garment, you can tell it's low quality. Ties that hang down unlined on the back, low quality stitching, and the fabric just feels cheap. You put it on, and you don't feel good.30 day money back guarantee? They'll fight you for it. They'll first of all offer partial refunds, then larger partial refunds, then if you want to return it they say you have to pay for customs and shipping. Which, in my opinion, the item was misrepresented, therefore under the ACL, they can't make you pay for those things. But good luck. If they truly stood by their product, they wouldn't offer refunds and fight it. But clearly they have no pride in their clothing. It's a predatory business model. Read the other reviews and stay away from this company.
