I'm only giving one star because there is no option for zero stars. I began the return process about a week after receiving poorly fitting garments, but the service delayed providing return instructions, offering me discounts instead. Finally, after sending back the items, they informed me that the return period had passed and declined my request.
This has been the worst experience I have ever had with a service. The dress I received was absurdly small for an ‘extra large’; the measurements were clearly incorrect. The quality of the clothing is horrible, cheap, and unflattering. Trying to get a refund has involved DAYS of back-and-forth emails, and they still refuse to simply return my money for an $80 dress. Do NOT purchase from this service.
Avoid this website at all costs. It’s an absolute scam. The photos do not match the terrible fabric and poor quality of the items. The materials feel like plastic and are unwearable. They are refusing a full refund despite claiming to have a 30-day money-back guarantee.
Complete fraudsters. The product I received looks nothing like what was shown online. They tried to persuade me to accept a 20% refund instead of processing a return. I insisted on going through the return process, as the item is unusable. It turns out the shipping and customs charges will cost me more than the item itself. Save your money and shop somewhere that will handle returns honestly.
I wish I could give zero stars due to the unprofessionalism of this service. I attempted to cancel my order within 24 hours multiple times, but they ignored my requests and pressured me to confirm the order again. Be wary of their misleading practices; I initially intended to buy just one item, but later found an unexpected charge for another item I did not agree to purchase. This is why I wanted to cancel the entire order. Even though the items hadn't shipped, they insisted on charging a restocking fee, which is completely absurd. I strongly recommend avoiding this service; it is not reputable at all!
Total scam! Do not make purchases here. The items from this website are of poor quality, worse than other discount retailers. They also hit you with extra charges in their 'returns policy,' making it not worth returning anything. I've lost over $150 and am still waiting for my partial refund. I doubt I will receive anything back. This website should be shut down.
