I ordered a dress a Few weeks before my birthday. I emailed them asking if it was too arrive in time as I thought it as an Australian site. They did respond quite quickly which was good but the dress didn’t arrive until a few weeks after my birthday and when it arrived. It looked nothing like the picture shown. Very bad quality and fabric. Very disappointed in paying $80 when it looked like a $10 dress from China.
Please DO NOT buy from this site. Firstly the postage took ages (from overseas somewhere) and I didn't even receive a confirmation email (luckily I screen shot the order number to follow up). Secondly the same dress which I ordered in 2 colours arrived made out of completely different fabrics and different sizes!!!! Buy from here and you are throwing away your money as returns don't even seem to be an option.
If I could give 0 stars I would. I wish I had read these reviews before purchasing. I have received dresses of way better quality at a fraction of the price from Shein & Temu. Their returns process is ridiculous and you have to ship back to China and cover shipping and customs fees!! The dress I bought for $89 was so poorly made and looked nothing like it did on the website.
They are also likely the same company as luna clothing which also has 1 star reviews and are no longer available. They're scammers - and should be reported to the ACCC from people! Purchased a glitter blazer for $159. Similar to everyone else, was offered 10% refund and then 20% when I still didn't agree. Finally they were willing to refund me fully with myself paying for the shipping. Once I sent it the package off, and also the tracking number I have still not received the refund and it has been 1 month when they said I would get it with 10 working days. I will be escalating this to the ACCC because of misleading advertising and withholding my refund.
Product arrived and did not look like picture on website. The back was completely different as was the colours in the material. Material was not nice and stitching was done poorly. When I contacted to return they offered me a 20% refund!! I also had to email back and forth several times to get information required for return. If I wanted a full refund I would have to post item back to China (registered) and cover customs fees which cost more than the dress. Website descriptions are misleading and made it seem like item was being shipped from within my country not from China.
I have never received an item of clothing so poorly made. Terrible quality and poor customer service. It looks nothing like the pictures on the website. When I emailed for a refund / return they responding saying they could offer a 10% refund. Absolutely awful experience.
The worst quality dress I have ever received!Looked nothing like the pictures, the zipper hardly worked and it wasn't fully secured to the dress. The fabric was super scratchy and the print was nothing like the pictures.Returning the dress cost me half the price of it. I've seen similar dresses on Shein and they would definitely be better quality for your money.
They are not even a 0 star rating- A warning regarding this company. I purchased a $140 dress from them recently. They not only sent me the wrong dress (looked nothing like the picture) and was such poor quality but the wrong size. I emailed them (another red flag as they have no other contact details) and their customer service was the worst I have ever encountered. It has been numerous emails back and forth for weeks and they have taken no accountability. They offered me either a 10, 20, 30 and now 40% refund and to keep the dress which I can’t even use or for me to ship it back at my own expense which would be very expensive. They also can’t even show me a picture of the dress I ordered to ensure it is right. I am so disappointed as not only am I out of pocket $140 but I am now dealing with an illegal business and incompetence. Please be careful when ordering from them as I have had the most horrible experience. You also can’t leave reviews on their products which is another massive red flag.

I requested a refund, as advertised on their website under “hassle-free returns” — which is misleading at best.Instead of honouring the refund, I received four separate attempts to convince me to keep the dress in exchange for a partial refund, which I declined every time.When I finally returned the item, they claimed it was outside their 30-day return window and refused to process my refund — and to make matters worse, they’re also refusing to return the dress.Despite claiming to be an Australian-based company, the return address was in China, only rerouted through Sydney to appear local.They’ve effectively taken my money and left me with nothing. Avoid this company at all costs.
