FRAUDULENT BUSINESS using product photos off brand websites and supplying customers with poorly made, cheap versions. They don’t do refunds. They don’t give you their address or phone number for returns. They are a scam. The dresses I was supplied are $8-10 per item on the cheap bulk order Chinese made product catalogue. The sizing is completely off . A 12 is really a 16 and a 10 is really a 14. You’ll never get your money back and they will adjust your invoice to show a refund when none occurred
The items received were made of low quality see through fabric. My items are unwearable.When I requested a refund, it took 4 emails to get an offer of a 75% store credit. apparently I needed to send another email (number 5) to confirm this. I didn't assuming it had been agreed and they would apply the credit - they didn't - and now my items are out of the return period, so I get nothing.Do not purchase form this store.
My order came right on time and the packaging was actually really sweet; simple but elegant. The dress itself fits exactly to my size and feels comfortable from the first try. You can tell they pay attention to presentation; even the tag and wrapping felt thoughtful. Just a really smooth experience overall, from checkout to unboxing.
I love the idea of Luna Mae and the whole aesthetic, but this particular dress didn’t do it for me. It’s fine for everyday wear, comfy enough, but something about the quality just missed the mark. Maybe I just picked the wrong style. It’s not bad, just didn’t have that special feeling I was hoping for.

What I received was *nothing short of shocking* — a yellow dress that looked absolutely **nothing** like what was advertised on their website. The photos and description were **grossly misleading**, bordering on false advertising.The dress I received was of **horrific quality** — cheap material, a tacky print, and **not a single washing label, tag, or even branding** to show it came from Luna Mae. It honestly felt like a knock-off from a market stall rather than something from an established brand. Most appalling were the **straps**, which were completely different from the ones shown in the product images. It was like receiving a random item someone stitched together in a hurry.When I reached out for help, Luna Mae offered **no refund, no exchange, and not even a hint of compromise**. Their customer service was cold and unhelpful, blatantly ignoring consumer protection laws about goods not matching their description. I was met with dismissiveness and zero accountability.**DO NOT BUY FROM LUNA MAE.** This brand is all hype and no integrity. I will never purchase from them again and strongly urge others to stay far, far away from it
The dress looks amazing and feels like a high-end fashion item. The dress features exact sewing work and perfect fit while its color appears exactly as shown in the photos. I bought my first Luna Mae dress which turned out so well that I already want to order another one.
Wore a pants set twice and the inside leg seam just frayed. Stitching obviously faulty contacted Luna Mae regarding this problem. There answer was virtually bad luck it’s over 30 days and we can’t do anything to help. This order came late so missed the event , not something you wear everyday . Very rude and abrupt customer service , sell you the product and take no responsibility for faulty products , Beware !!!!!!
0 STARS!! Please do not buy from this website, at first they responded quite quickly to my emails, now nothing. I jumped on the website to track my order and I can’t it just opens up with a blank page. So I contacted my bank hoping to get my money back. Upon receiving my dress it was nothing like it was perceived to be, there were holes in it, the stitching was terrible and just outright poor cheap quality material. Not only that it came in a zip lock bag with no tags and a free insect that came out of the dress. Definitely not worth the $118 when it was made for $5 and to get a refund is an absolute nightmare, just the same robotic email supposedly from a team leader with no name. I was duped into believing I was buying from an Australian Website. I would not even bother reselling it because I could never accept payment nor take advantage of someone and sell a product so awful. Please be aware before purchasing as I was devastated because the dress was to wear for a wedding.
