I wish I could give a negative star. The quality is horrendous, and completely not what is pictured or detailed. I returned my purchase and paid a further $20 to return the item to get my refund. And now they are refusing my refund because they say they have a 30 day return policy even though it was discussed in email correspondence. Then for further insult they offered a discount on another purchase. I would never buy from them again and urge no one to purchase their product!!
The dress brings me complete satisfaction because it provides both comfort and excellent style. The fabric feels gentle against my skin while allowing air to pass through and the dress drapes perfectly on my body. The dinner party event became my opportunity to receive continuous praise from everyone who saw me wearing this dress. The price I paid for this dress was completely worth it.
The dress appeared stunning when I saw it online but its actual color appeared less vibrant and the material felt lighter than I had anticipated. The dress remains suitable for wear but it lacks the refined appearance shown in the original photos.
ZERO stars. Absolute fraudulent company. Dress turned up in a Shein bag with no tags, no receipt and when I looked up the same dress it was on Shein for $18 and this company sold it at $70 claiming good quality and great service. Bullsh@$ because Shein refunds and this company doesn't. Left with a $70 dishrag.
