If there was a Zero I would have given that. They are a scam 100%. Promote quality products then send you poor quality rip offs. When you complain they offer discounts. Out of principle, tried to return it only for it to bounce and be sent back. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Reporting to ACCC.

I would rate my experience a 0 star if I could, please do not buy from this site - the quality is horrendous as well as the delivery. I have been completely scammed - my delivery will never arrive and all their support team do is email back and forth. DO NOT ORDER or trust this business
I ordered some dresses for a Christmas party. When they arrived they didn't fit. I informed the company twice within their 30 day return period that I wanted to return the dresses. Both times they offered alternatives to keep the dresses rather than returning them, which I wasn't interested in. I couldn't wear the dresses and just wanted to return them for my refund. The final time I reiterated that I wanted to return the dresses it had conveniently exceeded their 30 day return deadline and they informed me I couldn't return them. Don't bother with this company unless you like giving money to crooks with scam-like business practices.
If I could rate this lower, I would. They add items to the cart without consent, making it easy to mistakenly check out using a quick payment option. I contacted support right away, and they agreed to cancel the order but insisted on a 20% restocking fee, citing fast-moving inventory. They sent several tracking emails, yet the product took about a month to arrive, missing all the occasions it could have been used for. The quality feels more akin to budget brands than the $100 I spent. Additionally, when it finally arrived, it was packaged in a different brand's bag, which felt untrustworthy. It's my own oversight for not checking reviews before making a purchase.
I would rate this service with zero stars due to its lack of professionalism. I attempted to cancel my order within 24 hours multiple times, but they ignored my requests and pressured me to confirm the order again. Be cautious of their misleading practices; I initially planned to buy just one item, but later discovered an unexpected charge for a second item I never agreed to purchase. This is why I wanted to cancel the entire order. Even though the items hadn't shipped, they insisted on charging a restocking fee, which is utterly ridiculous. I strongly advise against using this service; it is not trustworthy at all!
Avoid making purchases here! The website displays clothing that does not match the actual product. They are based overseas. I ordered a dress in May and returned it after getting a return address from the service. Now, at the end of December, the dress has returned to my mailbox. I’ve lost money on both the dress and the shipping.
