Guys this business is legitimately a scam. I have referred them to the ACCC in Australia. Their business model is that they falsely advertise quality goods (with moderate price tags) and provide shein- like quality items that use incredibly cheap fabrics and are misshapen. If you try and return a product they just advise you can keep it (lol because they don’t even want it back) and then they offer you partial credit (so you can buy another over-priced item you can’t use or sell on). Avoid at all costs.

What I received was an entirely different product — a flimsy, poorly made piece of fabric with zero tags, no branding, and absolutely no resemblance to what was advertised. It was laughably cheap and unwearable — I wouldn’t even donate it.When I contacted customer service, they offered me a 10% refund to keep the garbage they sent me. I declined. They raised it to 30%. I declined again. I asked for a full refund. Their response? I had to pay international return shipping to China out of my own pocket — and maybe get a refund if they deemed the dress “in good condition.” This means they profit from scamming customers with cheap knockoffs, while hiding behind return policies that punish buyers for their own deception.I offered a reasonable solution — refund me minus return costs and I’d dispose of the item. They refused. Just copy-pasted the same robotic response about their “policies.”Bottom line: this company sells low-quality knockoffs, misrepresents products online, and uses shady return tactics to avoid accountability.Don’t be fooled by their photos — this is a bait-and-switch scam.Save your money. I wish I had.
Wish I read the reviews prior to buying. Don’t waste your money Products are beyond crap and so tacky absolutely not what the picture showed After an initial 10% refund then increasing to 20% They suggested sending back -$30 for postage than $90-100 USD in tarrifs. I paid $150 for the dress. I would give 0 stars if I could. This place is a scam.
I bought a dress from this store online and it came completely different to the picture they had on their website. Funny they removed the picture from their website already. The quality is terrible and it was meant to be a sequin dress but instead it’s this awful rubber dots. I paid $70 and it doesn’t worth $7 for it. So angry. Please people don’t buy anything from Luna Mae.
The quality and appearance of both items ordered was vastly different to the on-line image. When I requested a full refund and return of the garment, Luna-mae provided only the offer of a 20% refund without need to return. They increased this to 40% refund when I pushed for a refund in line with their advertised 30 day return policy. They had no intention of taking returns - only offering a small partial refund for clothing of dismal quality.I tried an exchange instead and the replacement items were just as awful.WILL NOT WEAR. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
Wore this dress to a wedding last weekend and, wow, the compliments didn’t stop. Everyone kept asking where it was from. It’s got that quiet, classy design that looks effortless but still stands out. Danced for hours and it still felt light and comfortable; didn’t have to adjust it once, which says a lot.

I bought a dress from this site and once it came I realised the how low the quality was and it didn’t even look like the photo on the website. The dress doesn’t even have a tag on it - horrible! When I asked to return it for a refund they said not to send it back and they can offer me 10% back only - after emailing again they said the final offer is 20% back and that’s all they can do. I find this do bizarre especially as the dress is completely different to the photo!
