What can I say except a huge thank you to the seller for the two stunning rings I received? They are truly beautiful, and I wear them every day, receiving many compliments. The delivery took only about 3-4 working days, and they kept me updated on the arrival. A lovely touch is that they come in a letterbox-friendly package, so no waiting around! I will definitely order again.

The rings look nothing like the pictures, fake reviews on their website written by themselves. They claim they’ve designed the jewellery but it’s all wholesale from China and they are just reselling. Save your money, so many better brands out there. So disappointed I fell for the advert on Facebook 09/11/25 : in response to your reply, there is no point I don’t want a replacement the pieces are such bad quality. I’ve already binned them. Huge waste of money
I cannot recommend Luxe Emporium enough, I have ordered a few times now I have even bought something as a gift as I love the jewellery so much. I really want to highlight their customer service especially in a world where we often see something online place an order for it to arrive not as described and when you attempt to contact them nobody replies. I can assure you when you order from Luxe Emporium your jewellery will exceed your expectations it’s just stunning and you can contact customer services with any questions/queries and you receive prompt replies, they go out of their way to ensure you are nothing but satisfied with their service, Heather replied to my question straightaway and was just so lovely, such a great business to deal with I now wouldn’t bother going anywhere else.

Recommend avoiding at all costs!Got a placeholder engagement ring for my partner from here, as we are away travelling and didn’t want to risk losing her real one. The pictures on the website looked great and for the price as well it seemed like a great option. However what turned up is a yellow gum ball machine looking ring, and for 70 quid as well?! Seen better ones for a tenner out one of the wee shops in the Canary Islands.
