Ordered the Nalah ring to go with my Mini Jasmine ring and it is beautiful! Can’t recommend enough, the jewellery is amazing quality and can definitely say it doesn’t tarnish after wearing it almost every day for a year😍

Ordered 2 ring and they are stunning, can’t believe how beautiful/sparkling they are. I’ve had loads of compliments asking where I got them from. They look expensive and well worth the money. AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!! WILL NEVER EVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN THEY HAVE NO CLUE WHAT THEY ARE DOING!i ordered two rings and wanted to return one from them due to the band being YELLOW not gold. i emailed them to start the refund and they said it would be fine. So I returned the gold ring and a 3 weeks later no refund so i emailed them for them to tell me it was already sent to me... it hadnt been! They admitted they got it confused and said they couldnt offer a refund because the 'silver ring' i 'returned' was broken. i let them know that the ring i retuned was Gold, They got it wrong again! They then go on to tell me that it was pass the refund date so now they couldn't give me one! due to there own mistakes. it was a £130 ring so wasn't cheap. so now i have no ring and no money and they are refusing to give me a refund or send me back the ring! absolutely fuming and will never ever buy from them again. Disgusting!!!!!

From viewing the product on social media to it arriving at my door was excellent, even when Royal Mail sent it to the wrong sorting office customer service was second to none. When I received my parcel the excellence didn’t end there. The ring is stunning, and the team added a spritz to the wrapping which increased the experience. WELL DONE LUX EMPORIUM
