Customer service is great! I ordered rings and they arrived very quickly and were absolutely beautiful, unfortunately I got the wrong size so I sent them back for an exchange. The whole time I was waiting for the exchange I was corresponding with Heather and she was absolutely fantastic, getting the exchange took a little longer than I thought but I was replied to every time I messaged and was also sent a pair of beautiful earrings as a gesture of good will. I am over the moon with the rings and earrings and will definitely be ordering more from them.
I purchased a Mini Jasmine ring as a temporary replacement engagement ring. It is absolutely stunning 🤩 unfortunately the only downside is the clasps catch on your clothes. Overall beautiful ring worth the money. Thanks to Heather for excellent communication during the delivery process :)
The absolute best jewellery brand. Always get so many compliments/people asking where my jewellery is from whenever I wear anything from this brand. I have used luxe emporium jewellery for years now and the quality is amazing, no tarnishing whatsoever & still feels brand new. The customer service is always impeccable & the girls are all so lovely and available to help. I think the pricing is amazing especially when the pieces are so high quality. I could talk about how much I love this brand all day, the best ever xxx
Absolutely shocking when I complained about how long shipping was taking they sent it next day but in return I had to leave a good review my lord the quality is absolute shocking it looks like a ring from a Christmas cracker the diamond looks plastic nothing about that is top quality cz at all it’s cheap crap I paid £90 for this and it’s terrible I seen many other reviews the same all the 5 star reviews are from people being asked to and they will ship the item quicker if so awful company never using again
Really bad they wont deliver on time ordered for next day delivery a few days ago and still not arrived. Don’t recommend unless you’re willing to wait and not receive any updates. No way to contact them either other than an email which they don’t reply to
