I ordered a beautiful ring for my wife to wear day to day, so we could protect her actual engagement ring, and she loved it. We were worried it had lost its sparkle a few weeks later. But after a few Emails we discovered it had accumulated some residue under the stone which when cleaned looks back to new! Excellent service and excellent product! 5 stars!

I cannot thank Leila ( one of the founders ) from luxe emporium enough, my husband ordered my ring 5 sizes too big 😂 & despite that Leila absolutely went out of her way to ensure everything was perfect for my big day, will forever be grateful 🫶🏻. Onto the actual product! The ring itself was absolutely stunning, I’ve received so many compliments on it and everyone asking where it’s from, definitely looks like it’s worth so much more than what my husband paid. Terrible experience with this company although many things on their website looked amazing I thought let me start with just a one thing to see the quality however we didn't even get to that part. I made an order in the beginning of July and I'm still waiting for the delivery, there was nothing to say that this would be delayed and although I have emailed at least three times and contacted via social media I have received no response although the company are uploading new products all of the time I've requested that item to be shipped and I've also requested refunds still received nothing I wouldn't waste my time. I'm now having to go through my bank to reclaim my money from what I thought was a formidable company.
