Heathers service is fab!

My original order never showed, but after emailing Heather quickly dealt with this and re sent the whole order which was with me the very next day. She had great communication with me, and kept me updated every stepOf the way she also later sent me a ring box as because she had to resend my order quickly they were out of stock. Heather went above and beyond and her customer service wasSecond to none.

Problems resolved with excellent customer care

I day after I wrote the original review please see update at end of this review I will update again when this issue is completed. So I ordered the halo set in silver and it’s very sparkly but sadly lost a stone within 4 weeks, I reached with out to them with photographic evidence and they wanted me to return it for quality purposes, however I had bought the ring for my 30th wedding anniversary and I didn’t want to return straight away, so I waited with a plan to return later on but whilst I was waiting to do that my 3 set of linked yellow gold rings I had bought a couple of weeks after the first set suddenly lost its gold colouring with the silver peeking through, straight off the back of my other problem I decided to call it a day with this company! The email conversation I had felt like it was with AI it felt like I was unimportant with my complaint. Look I had high hopes and I was excited and possibly I’m just unlucky but within 6 weeks my jewellery looks hammered and ready for the bin! Such a shame as the halo set is beautiful and still sparkles but without a stone on the shoulder. This company states their jewellery doesn’t tarnish but it doesn’t stay yellow gold either and the stone didn’t stay in my ring and I wasn’t heavy with it. I hope others are more successful with their purchases but for me I’ve given up. UPDATE 30/8/25 within 12 hours Heather from Luxe Emporium had reached out to me to put right my rings, I have to say I was blown away by how much I felt that she really wanted to put this issue right for me, she has arranged replacement ring for both the set and the triple ring single one, I am returning mine and hopeful that I can move forward without any more issues, I don’t think I will be wearing the gold tone ring daily which I still feel is disappointing but I understand with plated jewellery this can be an issue. I will update again once resolved but so far the customer care seems to be over and above any other company I’ve ever dealt with, I explained my original review was without malice and more a show of my disappointment of what should have been beautiful jewellery that I was excited about wearing for a special anniversary.Final update Dec 2025 after my original review I can say honestly the team at Luxe emporium went over and above to help getting me sorted, sadly I’ve been in hospital and unable to amend my review so this is my first opportunity to do so. My jewellery was replaced and mainly has been fine, I believe now that plated gold coloured jewellery is not for me as it always wears away and the silver shows through eventually so it’s just not for me but that’s is a me problem, I’m convinced. Thank you to the team at Luxe for replacing my jewellery, I will shop again

Best jewellery company on the market.

I believe it’s really important to review a few months down the line. Anyone can create a silver ring, that looks shiny on arrival. But Luxe Emporium claim their rings are tarnish free, and they really are!I am 5 months in from my ring arriving. When it arrived I was truly lost for words as to how beautiful and sparkly it was. I’d purchased a similar ring elsewhere before I found Luxe Emporium, and it turned up cloudy. So I really was over the moon. Since May, I’ve not taken this ring off. I’ve just had a very premature baby in ICU NICU and used harsh soaps and hand sanitiser constantly and the band is still as shiny as the day it arrived. I even got asked by my midwives if it was the real deal because of how beautiful it was. I told them exactly where it came from because everyone deserves to have some luxury. Luxe Emporium also has incredible customer service. Nothing is too much trouble and they want to help. So yes, I 100% recommend Luxe Emporium. A small, family run business, taking the jewellery industry by storm. I can’t wait to receive my next order. Xxx

Very impressed

I ordered a v-shaped ring to wear temporarily as my wedding band. I paid about £30 for it and I was fully expecting that after a few weeks or months a stone might fall out or it might chip or tarnish. Well I’ve worn the ring non-stop (including in the shower and at night etc.) for nearly a year now and I have to say I’m so impressed with how it’s held up!! All the stones still intact. It sits next to my platinum & diamond engagement ring and I’ve asked many people if they can tell which one is the real diamond ring and no one can ever tell. Would 100% reccomend and shop again!

Beautiful large cross

First time of ordering and am so pleased! I ordered a large silver cross necklace and it's absolutely stunning, it's beautiful. So beautiful that I'm ordering the small cross next. They also included a beautiful free gift for a certain spend. Very quick delivery too. Definitely ordering from them again

Would buy again

Promt delivery and I was kept updated on everything with my order. Correspondence was polite and helpful. Both rings are beautiful, I can't comment on quality as I only received my rings yesterday so I will have to wait a few months with daily wearing of them to be able to comment on the quality but for now I can say they look very well made. My only negative is that the sizing comes up small. I normally wear a Q or R (depending on which finger i plan to wear the ring on) however I had read in other reviews that the sizing comes up small and since there was no size R in stock I went for an S as I have some of the little silicone ring sizers at home so thought I'd just pop one of them on these rings. However the size S actually fits my finger almost perfectly with only a small anout of movement, and I would normally wear a Q on this particular finger. All in all I have had a positive experience with this company and as long as the jewellery hold up to normal daily wear I would definitely buy again .

I can't express enough how happy I am…

I can't express enough how happy I am with my beautiful rings. I bought the mini jasmine ring and nalah ring as a set and it's absolutely stunning! My husband said he'd upgrade my rings as a change up and I searched high and low on the Internet for affordable ring sets that were good quality and I came across Luxe Emporium. I'm so glad I ordered them, they are everything I had hoped for. Heather has been extremely helpful with me as I had a few jewellery care questions and I didn't realise but I had missed out on an offer they did and Heather didn't hesitate to honour it me! How kind is that?! So now I've got a gorgeous bracelet on the way free of charge! I am so so happy and I will definitely be ordering from here again! Thankyou ♥️
