Ordered a few items now, my jewellery has always arrived beautifully packaged in a luxury box and pouch, wrapped in tissue paper. Even a personalised card with my name on it, which made it feel really person and special.The jewellery is absolutely stunning. My tennis bracelet, I’ve had so many compliments and the sparkle is insane. The 1ct single stone necklace is gorgeous the sparkle looks so real. Glistening like a true diamond 💎 My whole experience from start to finish has been wonderful, a small family business thank you, such high quality. I’ll definitely be ordering again. I had the best experience with Luxe Emporium! When returning my items (as they were sadly too big), it was made incredibly simple and stress-free. Heather, who assisted me, was absolutely amazing —so kind, patient and genuinely helpful if i ever needed help or had a question. She went above and beyond to ensure everything was sorted quick and smoothly, which i really appreciated. Everyone is so friendly and i can’t recommend the business enough!
I’ve already left review else where but I am still so annoyed about this scam company I’m leaving another one here! If you listen to any review please be this one!!! I am going traveling so didn’t want to bring my real engagement ring, photos and videos made the ring look stunning so went ahead with buying one. The quality is SHOCKING and I mean absolutely terrible it’s pure plastic the shine has disappeared within a week it’s genuinely the quality of a gum ball machine kids ring! For £70 I am absolutely stunned at how they can charge this when you go to legit jewellers and can get a cheap one sterling silver for £20/£30, ended up chucking it as it was so bad me and my fiance couldn’t stop laughing at how ridiculous it was, I picked up a silver one in Lanzerote for €8 and it’s been a million times better quality than this heap of crap!! Please avoid its overpriced and all your getting is a plastic ring don’t be fooled by social media!
I had a great experience with Lux, purchasing my ring was simple and quick. However I did make the mistake of selecting the incorrect size but that was quickly resolved by Megan, she was helpful and prompt. It’s a beautiful ring, I will definitely recommend to everyone. Thanks so much! 🫶🏼
First class company with fantastic customer service. Purchased the Halo Ring Set which is beyond stunning. I ordered the wrong size and Heather came back to me super fast, outside of normal working hours and was able to resolve my issue with ease. Honestly couldn't fault Luxe Emporium and will be ordering again from them very soon. My friends have seen the quality of the jewellery and they are also placing an order. I ordered the wrong size but the lovely customer service lady Heather arranged a bigger size with no hassle and the owners Leila and Jasmine put a lovely free pair of earrings in for my troubles!! These earrings have a ball that twist on and off at the back so are super comfy, especially to sleep in (I usually take all my jewellery off at night because it hurts, but slept with both rings and earrings in last night and they didn’t bother me at all!!) Customer service is excellent, the rings and earrings are beautiful and I mean it when I say they are the best jewellery I’ve ever had ❤️

This is my third order and certainly won’t be my last. The quality of the products are unbelievable and I am normally cautious when ordering online but I’m so glad I took the chance a few months ago. I was worried about the ring size on my order and Heather organised to send me a free ring sizer to check my size, her customer service was amazing and she is a credit to the team! I got my set super fast once I let them know my size and the amount of compliments I’ve had is crazy. This set was to replace my current wedding and engagement set that have seen better days. I always love supporting small businesses. Well done girls!
