Overall very bad experience. Buying procedure was slow. Due to my error and slow customer support that doesn't read customer comments. But then things went from bad to worse.My mistake caused the transport costs to double. Since I already paied for the first amount, I agreed with increased shipping costs. After 4 days the shop realised that "wide" model is not in stock. They assured: "we can offer you the same shoe in a standard version that is suitable for all types of feet". Despite the inconvenience, I agreed to proceed with the standard version as I had already paid and been waiting for a week. I relied on the assurance from customer support that it would be suitable for all foot types.After a week, the shoes finally arrived, but, as expected, they turned out to be too narrow. I contacted customer support to inquire if they could cover the return costs, considering they had assured me the shoes would fit, and due to other issues with the buying procedure. However, they did not recognize any mistakes on their end and refused to cover the costs.In conclusion, my entire experience was extremely negative:1. The system allowed the entry of Slovenian ZIP codes with delivery set to France.2. The customer support was relatively slow, with mistakes in payment links and a lack of attention to customer messages, leading to a prolonged buying process.3. The customer support did not acknowledge their own mistakes, and I was burdened with unnecessary costs.For future purchases, I will stick with verified providers like bike24, bike-components, and bike-discount.After writing this review the shop offered a full refund without returninv costs.
