During the purchase I could not order…

During the purchase I could not order delivary 'at the door' and the package is too big to fit in the package collection box. Now I will have to go to DPD terminal across the town to pick the item myself.

Almost 3 Weeks untill delivery

The part ordered was appearing as being in stock. So I ordered it with the expectation og being delivered within the advertised 2-5 business days.But it was not....I had to pull status information out lvr multiple times in order gettibg the information that they infact did order the part from BMC, and it would be sent to them shortly.From order of part, to part received was almost 3 weeks.If I had known. Then I would have ordered through bike24.com, which I ended up also doing. And received the part from them, before from lvr cycles.I am extremely discontent with LVR Cyles
