Review Time
On delivery, my new BMC bike from LVR Cycles had a slightly damaged front derailleur, probably from rubbing against the metal brake disc on the front wheel (the protective plate had apparantly fallen off during storage or transportation). Legally, I could not claim warranty because I had signed the delivery note without prior inspection of the content. But Julien Castanier from LVR kindly offered to file a warranty request on my behalf anyway. The manufacturer, BMC, accepted the warranty request, and a new front derailleur arrived today, free of charge.
DearsI made an order which shows that I will deliver it in 7 days, I made the order in the 31 December 2023 and till the 17 January 2024 I didnt know exactly what happened to the order, after that I got an email from the company, and they explained to me that the order was lost and they will send me a new one within few days. They were honest and now the shipment is on the way to me, thanks for help.
Although the bike was well packed and the packaging was undamaged, the right-hand Di2 shifter was badly scratched. The e-commerce manager only replied with prepared standard answers and showed no interest in finding a solution. First purchase = last purchase!
