I ordered a pair of bike shoes that were not inventoried properly. I received notification that the item was refunded. When I looked at my bank statement that was a difference of 14$. I reached out to them and they blamed it on the exchange rate. The refund was done on the same date of the purchase. While I would be ok with the difference had this been a return or exchange, in this case my card was charged for an item that was not available. I do not think that it is fair that I am the one loosing money. My communications with them has gone nowhere despite providing them proof from my bank stmt of the difference. Very disappointed in my dealing with this company.Ben
Entirely untrustworthy.Placed my order with LVR because they said they had the item in stock.I received no order receipt and so grew nervous over the next few days. Consequently requested cancellation of my order but heard nothing and carelessly forgot about the order the summer.However, a little over two months after placing the order, I received notification that it was shipping. I immediately requested cancellation of the order and this time they responded saying that it was not possible due to the customs process. I wasn’t in the country to receive the item so it was sent back to LVR by the shipper. LVR are now refusing to refund and have instead sent me credit note (minus shipping costs).I’m now down > £200 and they are no longer responding to emails.Complete charlatans!P.s. based on other reviews, it seems that I’m not the only one with whom they’ve pulled this stunt.
I ordered and paid on October 4th. The goods were indicated as available. After more than a month, not only had it not been shipped but they did not even have a certain supply date.The only positive thing is the fast response of the customer service and the fast refund after the cancellation of the order.
I have ordered wheelset, paid via bank account. After several messages and sending bank receipts finally after more then week i received message that they have found my payment (standard SEPA instant payment that arrived that day) but wheels are not available anymore. So i missed other deal just due to waiting for nothing. Maybe okay shop but i will never order via them again.
