So far the issue is timing…it seems like you sell items when you don’t have them in existence so it can take several days before you ship to buyer…and once you ship I have no idea how long it will take to reach destination, it seems to me that the carrier you use is not the most efficient…I have not received any of my four packages so far

My purchase did not arrive at its destination and on the page of the curry it seems as delivered, the mailbox was empty, we asked the neighbors if they had received anything and they told us that they had not received anything, now I do not know what will happen with the purchase, who will be responsible for the refund

Zero stars would be more accurate

Helmet took longer than expected (or promised), nevertheless, it arrived.I'd recommend updating their 'expected arrival date' to a longer range to avoid these problems.Also admitting mistakes. We're all human.

Worst experience ever

Worst experience ever. I ordered 2 e-bikes to the UK, payed for them and for the delivery, which was clearly displayed on the website (99 euro). A day after a received a letter from them saying that the delivery cost is 600 euro (!!!) but they are generous and will cover half of it. Looks like a scam scheme to me. Moreover, i lost around 200 euro on a conversion (bank fees), so i didn't get the bikes AND lost the money.
