Cheap but slow (no 5G).

Cheap but slow (no 5G).Good as a budget option but often very slow.Right now I want to work in a park in Lisbon, city center.speedtest gives 0.25Mbs...It's not always this bad but I see the consistency. Will move to another provider with 5G as soon as I upgrade a phone.
