I have contacted the call center to get explainations on top-ups and bundles. Miguel Silva has been very kind and efficient in geting me out of the dish, showing me and advising me how to do step by step, patiently. He has also set the call center to answer me automatically in english for next times. Great!What I like about lycamobile is that it is easy to speak with someone live, not a robot.
I had a damaged lycamobile SIM card which needed changing but I wanted to keep my existing phone number. I ordered a new card online which came straight away. I then phoned the customer service department and spoke with Eduardo. He was excellent and spoke to me very good English despite me living in Portugal. He explained the change over process to me and was very patient with me despite my lack of technical knowledge. Great service from Eduardo and Lycamobile. I would highly recommend. I've used Lycamobile for years now and I've always found them to be a good mobile company.
