Pure profiteering and nothing else

Pure profiteering and nothing else. Shocked at being charged £10.50 and there were NO price indications before committing to using the road (which was forced upon me due to roadworks without signage to get off the M42 slip to the M6 standard). Why do people put up with this exploitative practice? I will go out of my way in future to avoid the M6 Toll. It isn't a "Breeze"...it's an unadulterated and brazen rip off.

Avoid at all costs

Edit: just to add, there is no point asking for a refund as they don't give you one. I'm assuming they just respond with that to make it look like they are a reasonable company. Ended up on it by accident and no way of getting off it until we spotted services that let us turn round.Charged a ridiculous amount for making our journey longer and us more miserable.

This bunch must have the worst review…

This bunch must have the worst review rating on the planet. My journey consited of using the M6 toll northbound using my company credit card with the ard reader no problem. Same day same card southbound used my card and the reader wouldnt take my payment. Traffic buildin gup behind me, tried my personal card and still no payment taken. Spoke remotley and asked what now happens and they asked for my email address which would have a link where I could pay. Be warned as this request is just lip service as some weeks later I recevied a request from Marston Recovery who insisted they were just debt collection. Moral of the story just sit there hold up traffic.

Tried to create an account… apparently I had to deposit a minimum of £30 and have £30 top ups… that is crazy… I use Dart charge and they just debit the appropriate amount when you use the service… I don’t want to deposit money with another organisation that I dont use that often…

Daylight Robbery

I entered the M6 toll road accidently and left it at the first opportunity. I had to pay £17.50 for less than five minutes of driving. My car is an ID Buzz and is charged as a class 4 commercial vehicle. Absolute joke

Very poor value for money

Both my wife and I were regular users of the toll road perhaps in total 12 journeys per week from Cannock to Brownhills. That was around three or so years ago. The cost has risen exponentially so that the cost is now over £300 per month. Suffice to say we hardly use the toll road it offers such poor value for money.

Why does a road need to offer a 'rewards' scheme?Surely you should be investing in the road itself, rather than wasting money on this scheme.Please get your priorities in order!

I am an account holder and in france i get 200 miles for £10. On the M6 toll i barely get 20 miles for my money.Absolutely scandalous.

Absolute rip off!!

Absolute rip off!!Have been paying on a company fuel card, and had no idea on charge for my Transit connect, as receipts were no longer provided...Recently used the toll in my privately owned Custom and charged £17.30. Extortionate!! I thought I had been charged for a HGV. (as I had been charged incorrectly many years ago).but no, it seems I didn't get charged the extra 60p for a HGV!!How the logic on pricing works is surely only to exploit the trades vehicles!I intend to only use this in future when on my bike.. for FREE!Maybe justify how much my employer has been charged over the years!!
