I broke down on the M6 toll and two representatives stopped to offer help, placing cones near my car while I awaited assistance. They were very friendly, ensured I had a drink, and made sure I was safe. They also logged the call and advised me to wait in a secure area for monitoring. Great service!
I was stopped on the M6 Motorway Toll because my dashboard indicated a flat tire. I couldn't manage it myself due to the busy traffic. I called my breakdown service and alerted the highway team, who sent assistance. Two representatives arrived quickly, ensured I was okay, provided water, and let me wait in the cab while they checked my car. They were incredibly kind and reassuring, giving me helpful advice and getting me safely back on my way.
Disgusting I was charged for travelling through 2 zones when it was impossible to only travel through one zone, ie I entered the zone by mistake and took the first exit out of the zone and was charged for going through 2 zones, virtual theft
I unintentionally entered the M6 Toll during severe weather conditions. On that day, road visibility was significantly reduced due to heavy rain, and the road conditions made it difficult to identify signage clearly. As soon as I realised I had mistakenly entered the M6 Toll (T6), I exited at the next available junction (T5), which was only 4.7 miles from the entry point. Despite using only a very short section of the road, I was charged £13.50, which seems disproportionate to the distance travelled, especially given the circumstances and my immediate attempt to correct the error.I emailed the M6 Toll Customer Services Team and to plea my case to them but was met with "You went on our road, you pay", attitude. Very disappointing
