Review Time
Got a drive through in Edinburgh. Short of everything and you can't complain. There is no where on the website to do this....just go round and round. I'll not go back they just take your money and don't care if your order is right or wrong. I was done, charged and not supplied.
ive held off writing a review but can no longer,macdonalds on macon way crewe is the worst franchise ive ever visited, and i visited quite a lot of macdonalds as ive toured this country and others.unbelievable queueing time, here and i now check my order before i move away due to the number of times i ve gotten home and its been wrong or cold. the staff are not interested and can be rude when you mention the delay. this evening the car infront at the drive through knew the manager, got their order and spent a couple of minutes chatting before moving off.when i joined the queue and ordered there were 6 cars infront of me but i still queued for 17 minutes and thats not acceptable ( not fast food at all )as i have to go here for my kids as its nearest i will now write reviews after every visit good or bad and hopefully someone will see this and address the poor staff service and training issues.Rob J from Crewe Cheshire
Ordered MacDonalds and items were missing it was cold I contacted the store and I spoke to 1 manager he then put me through to another manger and she laughed at me which is very unprofessional and very rude. Really bad customer service then they said phone uber eats
