Macdonalds, Bromley Road, tge gate house,Yep great staff, full cups of coffee, their delivery driver thou, DIEAGO his name likes scratching vans and chucking coffee over it, I now believe he is actually shooting my van with a air rifle, cctv installed, I'll catch him now, BE CAREFULL WITH silly ppl LIKE THIS.scratch found today. Whilst parked there I don't leave the can unless I'm there, it's the only time I'm not in the van. He does it as I'm disabled and he knows I can't run, on the verge of being paralysed he knows this.Update, another 3 coffees tgx to DIEAGO DELIVERY DRIVER doing it under my cameras, reposition time, wonder how the old lady he was doing it to stopped it, that I read on Facebook, dieago.... your times up, I don't chuck coffee, only punches n kicks SEE YOU SOON GANG NAM STYLE.
Ordered at Queensway at the drive through, in a rush and starving so decided to collect by car. Collected my order then drove off to park and enjoy my Big Mac large… to find out it was a totally different order.Phoned up to say what’s happened to be promised a free replacement meal next time in, took name and code (Lisa)Next time ordered exactly the same as the night before, gave code and name. Assistant disappeared for a couple of minutes then said No Lisa had said only for the Big Mac was free! I had waited 10 minutes to be served and couldn’t believe that Lisa had gone back on her good will jesture . Told staff politely that they could forget the order. Definitely won’t return, so please check your order before you leave.
The managers in macdonalds stairfoot Barnsley there attitude is disgusting was stood at counter waiting over 5 mins to be served they were more bothered about the uber deliveries we had just about finished our food when some lads and lasses came in some got served and went to eat there's the others that ordered all got their money refunded and thrown out I went and got 2 lads some food as I new 1 of them the managers were rude to them when I went to order food for my son to take home they refused me I told them I wanted my order taken and they refused as I'd bought 2 kids some food they asked me to leave ir they would call the police on me one manager was very rude to me there attitude to people is disgusting another lady was watching and she agreed with me they even took my number plate lol was a joke will never eat in there ever again I'd avoid managers need to learn manners they ask you to respect them then they want to respect customers first I was always told respect had to be earned
Ordered a meal via the app and didn't get it delivered. Got a call off the driver saying someone else had picked my order up and to ring, which I did. I was then told that even though there was no delivery, they won't refund me. Absolute con. Their customer service is none existent. Avoid
As a family we went drive-thru at Macdonalds Raunds Northants, (chicken Macrispy meals ordered) The buns were so burnt it made the meal inedible..I contacted MacDonalds customer service (good quick response from them) but their standard answer (here is a free medium meal, use the QR Code) I don’t want your free medium macdonalds meal x1. I informed you and took time out of our busy life’s (nhs staff) to inform you that the quality (or lack of it, fell very short) of the expected standard. Your response to our feedback makes us feel as customers that we are simply after a free meal by complaining. Our nearest Macdonalds is a 7 mile drive from home address so to say we are disappointed and willing to be elbowed off with x1 medium free meal is a insult.
Eating in is a terrible experience , we usually try to do drive in as in so many branches this hanging out of jobless teenagers seems to be a normal thing now and nobody of management team can tell them off and ask them to leave , absolutely horrible atmosphere, Coventry branches especially, sitting on the tables or putting their feet on the tables, smoking, acting really provoking and patronising , absolutely disgusting that McDonald’s still hasn’t addressed this safety issue for their customers!
