Standards have dropped in Macdonalds. They do not entertain complaints, this is to make the public aware. Any incidents in car parks of macdonalds, even when its their fault, you will not be compensated or apologised to. tread carefully or simply avoid for better food elsewhere.
Hi I would like to say a massive thank you to Brandon at your Grainger street restaurant in Newcastle! He helped track down our food & brought it over to us. Someone had also made an awful mess on the baby change unit which he went and cleared up for us. Nothing was too much trouble for him. I hope you see this and he is rewarded for his high level of customer service! He made a stressful situation so much better as eating out with 4 small children on a busy Saturday is never easy! He is definitely a credit to your company! Thank you Brandon
Went 26.11.22 festival park around 12.00pm. It was packed. There must have been 20 odd workers behind the counter, drive through was backed up spilling out onto the street causing traffic build up. So other cars couldn't drive anywhere (They need to change this to how it was before as it's causing massive issues for other road users) Black Friday weekend must be the reason why. Staff were worked off their feet yet still managed to be nice, polite, friendly. People didn't empty their own tray or move it to the area where it goes. Food, trays etc were left on the tables. It's not always down to staff to clear! The machine was down for ticket call out, hence why everyone was standing around the front end to hear their number shouted verbally. We waited 45 minutes for our food. They need to advertise waiting times, so you can make a choice whether to order or not. Food was the usual. I felt for the staff. I couldn't do that job.
Ordered from the drive through. Waited for 30m to have it brought to my car, the food was cold, missing 2 drinks and an apple pie. My husband went in to be told no pie or milkshakes. Offered refund, which they didn’t know how to do including the manager, so have paid for things I never received and for food that was cold and inedible. This was at holes bay in Poole, Dorset
MacDonalds Broadstairs can't get a delivery correct, so go up there & they still can't get an order right??? So many staff but still incompetent....!!!! Still items missing from my order, managers in the service area standing there doing nothing, staff still get it all wrong??? Last time I had a delivery had four items missing... Will be giving MacDonalds a break for sometime I think pay a lot of money for poor service & incorrect orders🤬
I ordered though Uber eats to the McDs Whitfield and for the third time I have ordered 4 sugars donuts and I get thee millionaire donuts and a chocolate brownie if I wanted them I would have ordered them and I even put a note in the delivery to see asking to make shore that these was 4 sugared donuts as I have an allergy to chocolate but it made no difference I have now deleted my Uber eats account and will no be using them again
