Tankersley Barnsley MacDonalds delivery using Just eat at 11.30pm when quiet...food was cold & milkshake melted...literally just down the road..utter waste of money..never again..never again. I'm extremely local to the restaurant as I'm in Tankersley & at busy, peak times you could understand it, but not at the delivery time of 11.55pm.
They still owe me 4 a meal the got really wrong last time. And this time this evening they got it majorly wrong with my sons happy meal. They didn't even tell me they were out of toy dinosaurs in there happy meal?so they just put in a minnon small metal case instead and thpught? I no what let's not tell the customer and they will b fine with it? Well not me my son who is autistic loves dinosaurs and when he saw there wasn't a cuddly dinosaur in his happy meal he got very upset. And too make it experience even worse was the attitude of this little young boy who took my order and my money. He was so rude and obnoxious towards me and misabable. The thing is this mac Donald's in Bridgwater town is not making the odd mistake they r making lots of mistakes one after the other. It's becoming a very poor run down messing mac Donald's. Takeaways aways aren't cheap anymore and 4 what u get is disgusting and appalling and if it wasn't 4 my autistic son liking it mac ds I would never go there again. And it's most definitely not value 4 money that's 4 sure. And first thing Monday morning I'm ringing mac ds head office. Enough is enough they need a kick up there ass. Because the food and quality and service is crap and some of the attitude of the staff is appalling and disgusting. And once I speak to the head of the office I won't b just getting a replacement meal and happy meal. I will b seeking a compensation from them.
Went to MacDonald in Stretford Greater Manchester and placed an order. I got home and the fries were cold. I went to make a complaint Macdonald. I could only get the Virtual assistant its U/less. I notice lines of orders waiting to go out they were still there when I left. Lots of cold food tonight in Manchester
We placed an order this evening. When it was delivered one item was missing. We called to report it and were told the system would not allow either a refund or the item to be delivered later. So they’ve taken the money and breached contract. Not only is that inconvenient it is wilfully illegal. I informed the call centre person of thst and she said she ‘recognised it would be frustrating’. It’s not frustrating. I repeat, it is deliberately illegal. And disgusting.
I don't normally leave reviews for MacDonalds as think why bother as MacDonalds themselves may see it but never respond or take it serious!I have left reviews on JUST-EAT and as everyone.... wonder why as it gets no response/refunds!.But on this occasion.... Order has been and this time (Barely Warm) The food is never put together well and for some reason never any dips which I see happens for many people! SHOCKING SHOCKING SHOCKINGMy Advice to MacDonalds..... Consider your customer and STOP being complacentAim for QUALITY QUALITY QUALITY
Two curry dips ordered, but not included in the pack. A reminder to always check before driving off. Such a nuisance to go back and collect them, as you have to find parking again; secondly, by the time the issue is resolved, the food will have cooled down and not be pleasant to eat. Not the first time this has happened - previously at a different branch. A poor show. Come on MacDonalds - up the game! Not the great service we’ve previously enjoyed.
Ordered a fillet of fish meal .Had a quick look inside and 3/4 of the cheese wasn't even on the fish ! So I went back and asked for another , and went and sat myself back down , once it turned back up with a massive sorry . I'd thought I'll have another quick peak to see it made to a basic standard and there was a 2p size of cheese .Don't go to to macdonalds ashford orbital kent uk . It may be the busy one out of the whole of Europe!! Service is crap 💩
Mold MacDonalds NEEDS to be closed, until staff who can actually take, prep and deliver an order correctly start working here! But from the extreme BAD experiences we’ve had to the god dame outrages, plain burger to which they gave us just a BAP yes that’s correct a BAP with NOTHING ON IT, to not READING what’s on the order and NEVER having ice cream as the machines PERMANENTLY broken or being switched OFF to just general they’d rather prat about with people they know in the store than actually do their jobs which is a shame as there are a few lovely staff who DO try but with NO help and support from other staff and ESPECIALLY the higher ups who also NEVER reply to complaints OR deal with customers complaints face to face, we’ll there’s no hope! So save you’re self the heart ache of disappointment and DO NOT GO HERE!!!
