My last visit to McDonald's left me with mixed impressions. The service was fast enough, but the quality of the food seemed a little uneven. Some dishes were tasty and lived up to expectations, while others seemed less fresh. The restaurant environment was satisfactory but not perfect - some tables could have been cleaner. Overall the experience was average and I think McDonald's could improve on some aspects of service and food quality.
Worst McDonald’s ever Edgbaston Spring Road , got to the machine to place my order… girl ask me once then twice what my order was drove to the window to pay for my order and got asked again what my order was for the third time when I said I’d give him my request twice. She then accused me of shouting because she had to find a problem with me to make things right Mcdonald then began to argue with me. She shouted at me. When I complained she was shouting. She said she wasn’t shouting, but I was shouting. … this is the worst McDonald’s ever at Edgbaston. I will never shop there again, I always have problems when I go to Edgbaston McDonald’s never have problems anywhere else except this particular branch have called asking for the manager. The manager says come and talk to them. No thankyou
Worst Macdonalds meal ever. Visited with my wife for a quick snack. Ordering machine was a nightmare. When order came, we had three teas instead of one, even though our order stated one tea. Wife two back to be told that was what we ordered. The wife had just received bad news from a hospital and was not up to arguing about it.Milk shake was different. Not sure what the taste was. Should have been banana.Chips again had a very unusual taste and went cold extremely quickly.Cheese burgers were something else. Apart from being smaller, the burger was quite tasteless with too much relish. The bun had a chemical taste. Neither of us wanted to finish the meals.As it was not a good time for us, we could not be asked to have an arguement with management. Quite a disgusting meal. Left most of it. Would not advise for anyone to visit.
My daughter who lives in Wyberton ordered a Macdonald to be delivered by Uber eats. She never received her order. Telephoned Macdonald they could not care less. Uber eats were the same, what utter contempt of their customers. It was delivered to the wrong address, both organisation made no attempt to rectify the problem.
