This store must seriously be the most disappointing ever. They always miss the dips from the order and never have milk shakes or the new frappes to order. What is the point of having new menu items when they never have them on?! Pointless.

Macdonalds constant missing order items

Macdonalds Strood KentOrdered a pancakes with syrup and a sausage via drive thru As they only served breakfast at the time My granddaughter was ill and l wanted to take a treat to her when l opened the bag No syrup No Sausage Was so embarrassed and disappointed It wasn’t convenient to check inside the bag when given as the pancake container was at the bottom and l ordered several other items and driving This is the third time it has happened at different Macdinalds No care is taken and employing any young untrained person, eventually people will stop using MacDs and hopefully another ethical company will take its place

Items missing

For the second time this month food items missing from my order and another from a fellow house member! As I was collecting from the drive through another customer was complaining about missing items from there order. Once is a mistake, twice is poor training or systems but three times is starting to feel like theft!

Conned

Bought a meal to get a chance of winning in the “winning sips”competition. Was given a plain cup. Feel conned. Only went in there to get a chance of winning a free glass. Even screens say buy this drink to enter!So spent £7 for nothing really.

Macdonalds in central Worthing Sussex

Waited over 40 minutes, numbers higher than ours kept being displayed. Our number 002 dropped off the "being prepared" side of the screen and did not appear on the "ready for collection" screen. When we tried to ask anybody about it they just pretended not to hear and walked away. Loads of delivery couriers were waiting in the same area. Eventually we cornered somebody and demanded a refund. First refund was £3.00 less than we had paid so we had to wait for another. We couldn't wait any longer as we were going to the theatre. Abysmal service. Can't comment on the food because we never got any.
