Disappointed.

Disappointed.Little onset and two mistakes,Sunday 7:pm, I am tired, stopped in MC and ordered my crispy with bacon and they forgot to add the bacon, and my wrap came without salad.Most impressed was the way staff didn’t care about it.

Poor Service, Poor Nuggets

Went to Bankhead McDonalds Glenrothes, disgusting service, and chicken nuggets shrivelled up and cold. I was left in one lane with no other customers and totally ignored, a car appeared in the other lane and got served straight away, then the car behind it got served, eventually served me, when I questioned it, I was told that’s what they have to do. Terrible service, terrible food, I will not be back.

MacDonald hunts cross , Liverpool absolutely bad never again in MacDonalds poor customer service bad management no leadership complaint about staff attitude they sent a voucher as (good will )then come to restaurant to use it the staff don’t know how to sorted and give a meal the manager did help just said sorry I can’t help looks like a joke .Thank go we got more places to spend our money.

MacDonalds Salisbury city centre has slowly over past few months got so slow it takes on average 10 minutes from ordering to getting your order. What doesn’t help us the number of online delivery orders, in my opinion they should have a separate section for that to keep walk in business moving

Sandbach MacDonalds is the worst i…

Sandbach MacDonalds is the worst i think i have ever been too. The staff are totally ignorant and after waiting 30 mins at the second window (where you always get forgotten about) i asked for the Manager and she was as nonchalant as the rest of the staff and looked like she couldn't care less. No customer service at all and the food was cold and looked like it was thrown together by a 3 year old. Also @MacDonalds what the hell is going on with your milkshakes?? every one we go too it's "sorry the machine is not working" come on get a grip guys!!

Fast Food? I think not!

I’ve just reminded myself why I rarely go to MacDonalds Wellington Retail Park Telford! Sat in the “drive thru” for 50 mins only to get the wrong order, this was then followed by a 30 minute wait in the restaurant while they re-did my order! The last time I ordered a MacDonalds from here I used the App, again my order was wrong, I did contact MacDonalds to complain, after several days I was contacted and advised I would get a voucher, this never arrived. It’s obvious that this branch of MacDonalds can’t accommodate the amount of orders it gets from the drive thru, in person, the app and collections from food delivery companies. The term “Fast Food” is a complete joke.

Milestone Way, BurntwoodI don't know why I keep placing an Uber order from this franchise. Every time there is either something missing, or, multiple items missing and it's always cold. They never pick the phone up. The food cannot be hot when it leaves the restaurant because it is cold when it arrives at my home. This really is the last time I order from this restaurant.

I have completely stopped using MacDonalds now. I have been a good customer over the years since they first came to my city 34 years ago. Now it is a total discrace. They don't welcome walk in customers any more. I was faced with a wall of dirty monitors where you have to order your food. Then I had to wait a long time for my number to appear, they seem to prioritize internet orders over physical people now. When the food arrived it was dry, cold and tasteless. This is not the first time, and have found this to be a similar situation in other franchises too.

Macdonalds and Starbucks near Stansted…

Macdonalds and Starbucks near Stansted airport Enter at your peril, beware you could end up with a fine. Shall not ever go back especially as we was charged £100 fine for parking, which we was scare mongered into paying early to get 40% off. if you have to use Mac D or the Starbucks, only use their individual car parking space, (not many spaces) take a recording of registering your car with the staff. take note of the time and keep for 8 weeks at least, as it can take this amount of time to receive the fine ( we was 4 weeks) not even sure if it was legal as thought it had to be issued within 14 days, although not sure of this fact. Best thing is to avoid totally until they sort out customer parking and make it much clearer and visible to all customers that if you park in McDonalds you cant go to Starbucks even if you have purchased something from both as we did. Maybe a warning on the door or register your car when ordering food. Learn by our mistake or avoid all together if you can.To add to the misery we didn't even enjoy breakfast at all the Mac D egg and bacon muffins, was cold and tasteless, and the new flat bread was rubbery.Coffee mediocre

Rawtenstall Macdonald's.Absolutely atrocious service. I waited 10 minutes for my order to arrive. It started on their system saying preparing then when quite a few delivery people came in from Just Eat etc my order disappeared from the order line. However, all the delivery people's food came out! I was only getting a burger, fries & drink for my son. I asked to speak with a supervisor & said that this was meant to be fast food! I told them that I wanted his meal & a refund. I was told "Ok". Then someone came out with the meal. I said, "What about the refund". Then a manager came out & said "It's either the meal or the refund". I told him that wasn't good enough. He told me he only had 5 people working. The place is a disgrace & I wasn't "Lovin' it"!
