It’s been a very long time since I had a burger so I my wife and I decided to get a Big Mac cheese burger chips and a banana and vanilla milkshake from MacDonald’s in the homebush centre Shoreham what a terrible service I waited for about half an hour then said they ran out of burger sauce this was about 3.30 in the afternoon got home then opened up the bag took one look at a small bun dried up beef patties you couldn’t get any thinner, then a little bit of shredded lettuce, milkshake tasted both like vanilla approx £15.00 never ever again. The usual story a lot of hype but you get cheap dried up ingredients rubbish Service, MacDonald you have lost your way, bad reviews end companies remember this Neil from Brighton
Macdonalds and deliveroothe hot food was cold worth over 10 pounds of my order. I was given 3.80. How do you reheat a burger with salad and sauce successfully. ..... If the driver didn't have another delivery perhaps the food would have been at least warm.
Macdonald’s again posting false advertising. The new plus meal is just the £5 saver meal but 59p dearer. The plus? - it gives you more options of stuff no one ever buys and has removed the dip from the deal…you now have ask for it. It’s also not a medium meal as stated. If you order a tea drink. You still get the tiny cup option only. The only plus is Macdonalds Profiteeting and getting away with unscrupulous advertising. Just when you think Macdonalds are rewarding its customers, it goes and kicks them in the teeth. I’m done with Macdonalds. It’s had so many chances to be the best fast food outlet, but it’s massively overpriced for what you get and it always looks for every opportunity to fleece its loyal customers.
I wish to make a complaint.Very Angry and Frustrated.EVERYTIME I PLACE A DELIVERY ORDER.THEY CAN NEVER FIND MY ADDRESS. HAVING ME STAND OUT AT FRONT GATE (WHEN IM NOT WELL) LOOKING FOR THEM. WHEN IT SHOULD BE THE OTHER WAY ROUND.TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE
Regarding Macdonalds in Chilwell, Nottingham, all 3 orders of our chips were stale, like rubber, absolutely disgusting but was refused a refund. Won't be ordering a takeaway again, delivery, plus service charges makes ordering out too expensive, especially when it's inedible!
It's not that they're cheap, ordered £15 of food at the Canterbury drive through. Kept me waiting 25 mins despite twice asking the staff where's our order. Had to insist I've placed an order, where is it. Appears that a member of staff did. not record my registration correctly :-( Tried to get a refund via the website with a chatbot promising they'll get back to me......
