Sealand Road branch: Only 3 orders in front of ours but waited 20 minutes for 3 kids meals, 9 nuggets and fries with a burger. Okay, perhaps it's being freshly cooked we thought, but received luke warm nuggets and cold fries. Children were very hungry so let it go.Lovely lady on the floor ensuring we had a high chair and goodies for the children. There must be better branches elsewhere but we Will never go there again!
I visited McD in Thailand the MDK mall.I have never wanted to write a review before.This review is for Mikkky, not sure is his real name, over sixty this guy needs to be paid more, simply outstanding at looking after people.Arranged to meet my wife outside, he couldSee I was struggling, invited me in and got me a drink of water.We made a purchase when mywife returned,So attentive In a self service McDs.This man has managed a hotel, you can tell customer experience was outstanding.Older workers deserve better, pay this fella more, I did something not done before and tipped him, humble but knowledgeable I wish you well brother.Mikkky you are a great human being.Hopefully karma means a return to good fortune. You will never walk alone.Look after this man Macdonalds, your greatest asset is your people.
The Amazon river runs for thousands of miles. At some points it runs through areas of the rain forest that are almost untouched and have been barely explored. Over thousands of years, small blind transparent fish have lived and evolved in these pools. These fish have never seen the sun or surface and have never been seen by the human eye.....These fish care more about this than I do.
I’ve ordered delivery via Macdonalds app. And never received it. There is no customer support to dispute it. Uber eats was covering the delivery and they can’t refund money for delivery service which didn’t take place. The only way to get back the money is via my bank and this is what I am trying to do now. Definitely won’t be ordering again.
Absolutely useless, what's the point of ordering on the app if they don't put half the order in the bag, to then have to drive to the store to complain because complaining on the app is a total waste of time, this isn't the 1st time they've made mistakes. I will no longer be using this branch, infact I will no longer be using macdonalds at all !!!!
Absolutely disgraceful service, waiting time and food! On arrival to drive thru, I told the guy serving that my order was wrong. I had ordered two extra hash browns, he said it was right. I was asked to park up in bay 1. Bay 1 had a cone there so I parked in bay 2. I waited 15 minutes! I went inside and my order still wasn't ready, finally after a few more minutes, my order was ready. It was missing a hash brown. A woman serving got me an extra hash brown. The food was cold and the double sausage and egg had been literally thrown together, the patties was all over the place and wrapper soaked in grease. I asked to see the manager. The manager agreed the hash browns was cold and the sausage and egg shouldn't have been presented the way that it had been. She offered to redo the order herself and t be fair she did a good job. I said head office need to supply you with more staff. I said it seems like home delivery orders are prioritised over customers that actually come to the resteraunt. She assured me that wasn't the case. She said when they say anything to head office, they just get shouted and get told to deal with it. This is disgraceful. Macdonalds billion pound industry! That cuts back penny pinching!
