Absolutely loved my daughters lilo and stitch birthday pjs and her personalised water bottle and so did my daughter when she see them she was so happy and could not wait to put them on. Thank you so much. I also was in contact with the seller who was really lovely and so helpful as I was worried my order would not come on time and she was so lovely she kept in contact and updated me through out even after checking if they was received.Thank you so much :)
Absolutely awful customer service. I orderd Pjs on 7th November and estimated delivery was 13th-18th. I emailed days passed this time to be told sorry haven't processed it, it will be a little bit over. Well couldn't you of emailed to tell me?! Just left me to contact yous. I bought them 7th to be here before 26th. Did email and WhatsApp them demanding a refund. They posted them out the next day probably sh1ting themselves. Still not happy with how it was handled. Don't trust random sites on google & pjs aren't the best. No email to say they was behind, just left me hanging until I messaged. *TAKEN 16 DAYS FROM WHEN I PAYED TO ACTUALLY RECEIVE THEM*
UPDATE!I have added an additional star for the fact that the item has been delivered in time for Christmas despite my concerns. Seller also got back in touch to apologise for the delay in response. Happy with the item once it came.I placed an order on 12th November, well in advance, as it was meant to be a Christmas gift. The estimated dispatch date in the confirmation email was between 18th-21st November, which I thought was reasonable. However, after hearing nothing, I chased the order on 4th December.The seller responded quickly, explaining there were delays with their supplier and that they hoped the order would be dispatched early the following week. On 11th December, I received an email stating the order had been dispatched to Royal Mail. However, the tracking information shows that Royal Mail hasn’t received the package, and today is 18th December.I’ve reached out to the seller yesterday asking for proof of delivery to Royal Mail so I can try to chase them myself, but I haven’t received any reply. At this point, it’s highly unlikely the item will arrive before Christmas, leaving me scrambling for a replacement.This entire process has been frustrating. I understand that delays happen, but proactive updates would have gone a long way.
Wow, absolutely love the hoodies. They look amazing, I can’t wait to wear them! Fantastic communication with seller, nothing was too much trouble for them. Seller was very helpful answering questions out of ‘normal hours’. Would definitely recommend and will buy from here again! Thank you x
After ordering and then not receiving the item I contacted the seller, was informed that there was a delay in suppliers I was informed that it would be dispatched as soon as possible. I was a little suspicious in this day and age about being ripped off, again it was delayed down to a faulty lid spoke again and assured it was going to be dispatched. The lady was true to her word although I was a little arsy towards her she came through everything she said and has done has been proved true credit to you and your company hence the five star review you deserve thank you Paul my grandson will love the Thomas bottle
