I had high hopes with this company as the website looks great. I ordered 3 personalised hoodies which should have been dispatched nearly two weeks ago, they never got delivered. iv been emailing them for over a week and had no reply, so it’s clear they are just ignoring me. Very annoyed with this company! I can’t issue a refund as it states a refund can only be made after 24 hours of ordering.
The quality of the personalised pyjamas and personalised hoodies is better than I expected as I’m always nervous when ordering items like this. For seasonal goods I would recommend getting your order in as early as possible as I did encounter a slight delay from expected shipping dates to actual. But items still arrived in time for when needed. Highly recommend and will be a returning customer.
Great pyjamas, accurate description online and personalised as I'd asked. I followed up with a contact form as Royal Mail hadn't delivered and they responded straight away and confirmed they had been dispatched. Think my 1 year old nephew will love them!
Ordered these pjs for my niece , was very happy with them , the material is lovely & i am so pleased with the fact they have put her name on them , she is going to be one happy little girl on Christmas morning .. I would highly recommend Made Personally 5⭐️
