I still haven't received my kids birthday pj's was due to arrive between 19th and 22nd August birthday now past and stull haven't received them ordered them 14 days in advance to I see ur message about a refund I had requested I have not received a refund yet and also my order if I had of known they would not arrive I would of never ordered as I ordered 2 weeks prior to needing these I have ordered birthday pj's every yr but there birthday and sadly missed the photo this Yr with them
Lovely family run business. Beautiful personalised bottles that are perfect. Attention to detail is above and beyond, will be recommending to family and friends. My daughters Absolutely love the products. Delivery was fast and well packaged. A star all the way.
Seller didn't communicate enough about my order going wrong (which was why I hadn't received it, or any information regarding it) and didn't respond to some messages regarding this, 5 days afterwards . In the end it'd been 16 days since I placed my order and I was still unaware of when it was going to be sent so in the end I asked for a refund. Apparently id not given the seller enough time to respond despite been left on read for way over a day 😂.
Ordered a personalised Toy Story bottle for my son when he returns to school. His name contains 7 letters. The picture they use as advertisement is the name cooper - 6 letters. Our bottle arrived with the first 5 letters looking great, and the last two looking unfinished. The advertising picture doesn’t show this. When I messaged to ask about this I was told that they don’t like to repeat a character and they only have certain letters in certain designs? I think it would have looked much better to reuse a character rather than having 5 letters with characters and then the last two plain. And if this isn’t possible, pop the two plain letters spaced out into the name? Looks like they just couldn’t be bothered. Customer service poor, item arrived much later than stated when ordered, and no messages sent to inform of a delay, I had to get in contact. Then when messaging feedback I had messages ignored, and then was spoken to like it was my fault? Told I’d have to pay to return it even though I was sent something that looked unprofessional, I never refused returning the item- I just said it’s unfair that I’d need to pay. My last message was ignored, and then when I messaged to chase it (as a mother of 2 under 3, who is very busy) was told I’ve left it too late now and it’s my fault? No after care at all, just money grabbing. Do not recommend using this company. Will just donate the item to charity as it’s unsuitable for its purpose.
There was a bit of a mix up in size for the pyjamas I ordered my little boy but the customer service from this company is fantastic. They sent me a new set in the correct size and made sure it was here for his birthday. Will definitely order again. The quality is also amazing. Thank you so much.
Can only speak highly of Made Personally - ordered a personlised mario water bottle with straw. Quality product, great design - personalised name added bonus for school without worrying about stickers etc. 4yr son loves it and encourages him to drink. Durable and stays cold for ages which is reassurance for me when hot. Great features on cup too - easy to detach for cleaning, 4yr independently open and closes water bottle too. Will 100% be ordering more in the future. Quick delivery and great packaging to prevent damage.
