This website is a scam, do not order anything from them! I placed an order with them 3 weeks ago and haven't heard anything from them, tried to call them been told to contact by email and it said them will contact me within 72 hours but over a week passed still nothing response. I have to contact my credit card company and dispute the charge.
I placed an order July 12, 2024. As of today August 24, 2024 I have yet to receive it, nor have they responded to my phone calls, voicemail, or emails. Last week, a month after I paid for my order in full, I canceled the order requesting a full refund. Still no response whatsoever. I pray the next customer who intends on placing an order with Magick.com reads these reviews first and is saved the hassle of being swindled. I'd leave no stars if I could. BBB has been contacted and complaint has been filed.
This business is a complete scam. Their 30% off sale that is ending "today" is on their website 100% of the time. I ordered and gave them grace because they were "so busy" they couldn't ship my order right away... over a month later, I've asked for my refund twice and to cancel my order twice, and now have filed a dispute with my bank trying to get my money back.
I'd leave zero stars if I could. Don't bother shopping this site. My first order took well over a month to arrive. The site claims shipping is slow due to the volume of orders during the sale. It's going on 4 months since I placed my second order (3/14/2024) and the most information I've gotten is that they'll check with the warehouse to see if the shipped the items (a tarot deck and an oracle deck.) I reached out twice by email and heard nothing back after the second email. Then I reached out via FB messenger and *crickets*. I'm asking to have my order canceled. I found the same items on a well-known bookstore's website. I'm paying more because there's no 30% sale, but I'll have my order a week from day.
Didn't ship order and ignored multiple emails and contact attempts requesting updated and ultimately a cancelation. I had to go through my bank to dispute the charge. They finally replied to my emails over two and a half months later, but offered no refund or resolution. Luckily, my bank refunded me a month earlier.
If I could give 0 stars, I would. Just like everyone has been saying… this 30% sale they claim, has been going on forever and when you reach out for an update on tracking you get NO RESPONSE. I’m going on almost 2 1/2 months with none of my items, no tracking, no response, etc. stay far far far away from this company, complete scammers
It's been over a month since I placed an order, but nothing has shipped. They barely respond to emails (one response out of four emails, so far) and do nothing to rectify the situation. Turnaround time is listed as five business days on their website, but I have been waiting four weeks, and was told that it will be another two weeks before my order "might" ship. They are calling this a "slight delay" but I am calling it fraud, and will be filing a chargeback with my bank.
If I could give zero stars I would. Made two orders. One on July 4th the other July 5th, have not received either order. emailed them 10 days ago and heard they were back logged. Neither one of my orders has moved since their initial days of supposedly being shipped. I've already spoken with my bank and they told me to reach out to them once it's been 30 days on each order so they can open disputes on each and work on my refunds. I'm so mad at myself that I didn't go to Trustpilot first to see these reviews. If I had I would have NEVER done any business with this company. The only thing this website is good for is to see what products are out there and then go to ANOTHER website that is reputable and order from there which is exactly what I plan on doing. Once I receive my refunds on both these disastrous orders I will go somewhere else and re-order the products. Moral of this story, steer clear of Magick.com, they are not to be trusted.
I wish I would have found these reviews before giving my money to this SCAM of a company. 3 Months, never received my order, or a refund, and they give me the runaround every time I email customer service. Awful. Its a disgrace that they are selling spiritual tools - may karma screw them as they have screwed so many of us.
