Not trustworthy, buyer beware

I placed an order on 8/14/24. They immediately took my money from my account. To date, the order status remains "unfulfilled". I have tried emailing and calling them with no response. I am now requesting a cancellation of my order and a refund--not sure if that will happen. Buyer beware.

I have not received my order

I have not received my order, no updates, no response. Only a tracking number from 8/9/24. This is my first issue I’ve ever had with Magick as a repeat customer. I’m disappointed.

I have still not received my goods

I have still not received my goods. I ordered the over a month ago. No response to customer service and I’ve had to file a claim. Horrible way to run a company. Not sustainable. I will be getting legal advice.

called several times as well emailed them and i got a message saying that the companies email will not accept and will attempt again in 48 hours i ordereed on 8/12 it's now 9/9 and not fulfilled, really pissed need to file on the BBB

Will Never Order from Again

I've ordered with this company several times over the last two-ish years with no issue other than slow shipping (a couple of weeks). I placed an order on June 9th, 2024 and haven't received my order despite reaching out (and getting replies with empty promises of shipment). I did get a reply on July 25th saying I'd receive a refund within 48-72 hours if the order hadn't shipped. I was fine with that. But it's now August 7th and the order still shows unfulfilled and I've not received a refund. I'd beware of this company as they're clearly struggling (or simply a scam).

Worst customer service ever

Worst customer service ever. If I could give them 0 stars, I would. Placed an order on 7/30. Received an email that it had shipped on 8/6. On 8/15, I noticed that it hadn't shipped, just that a label had been created. I emailed them and asked when it would actually be shipped. Heard nothing. On Aug. 22, I reached out again and was concerned because I'm moving soon and want to receive the package. This time, I get a reply that "we're having some issues with USPS and tracking numbers" and that the person would "look into" the issue. By 8/25, I hadn't heard anything and asked for my order to be cancelled and money to be refunded. Still heard nothing. Today (8.28), I contacted my bank to dispute the charges. Worst company ever.
