MAGICK.COM....This company suck! No response back from customer service or email reply back!! I Order August 8 2024. Order status is unfulfilled still as of today date 09/06/2024. Ridiculous and why is Amazon affiliate with these scums! I was charged from my Amazon account. Amazon needs to research 🙄 who they are affiliate with!! This company sucks! Customer service never responded to my emails! I am out of 133.00 dollar. Amazon willnt help! But my money was link from my Amazon account. Thank 😊 🙏 God for my Credit Card Company they are stepping in as of today to get my refund! Magick.com is a scam! Please people don't get scammed! Amazon SHOULD be held responsible also why are they letting these criminals link payments from Amazon accounts.
I ordered twice from Magic.com. The first order took 2 months to ship, and many emails and calls to customer support. They claimed to be overwhelmed the their sale. Second order, why I ordered again, I’m not sure! Second order after several email and no response for nearly 3 months, I disputed it with my credit card company and my order was immediately cancelled. Nobody reached out until then. Horrible business practices! They have some cool stuff but you’ll never get it! Whoever’s running this need to hire help!!
I recently wrote a review saying that I never received part of my order, and they claimed it was sent in July, but USPS said they never received it. Well it ended showing up at USPS in August somehow, so I finally got it the end of August. I don't know what happened since customer service was still unreachable and unresponsive.
If I could give this company zero stars, I would. This is a scam that on occasion actually sends products bought out, I think to stay out of jail. But don’t be fooled, this company will eventually steal your money. Do not order from them. Find your desired product instead on Etsy, eBay, local bookstore or even Amazon. Know that I did reach out muiltple times after about 2 months later someone in customer service said they were sorry and looking into current status for my order. That’s was almost 2 months ago. I reached out again and have heard nothing. It’s now been about 4 months and no shipment. Buyer beware. This is a scam.
Shipping is abysmally slow! I placed my order on August 5th, and it has still not even left their warehouse yet (on August 16th). I was told to wait another week for my order before calling again. I wish I had checked this information before placing my order, but I whether I receive my items or not, I will not ever order from this company again.
Hi this is honestly my worst online shopping experience ever. I do not recommend anyone to ever buy anything from this website at all.However even though I do not have anything nice to say about this degenerate company. I did find I longer am as fascinated with the occult as I was. It’s devoid of life or any actual substance and empty. Filled with nothing but lies. Get your money , cancel your order and quit.
