I ordered 5/20/2024. Sent an email inquiring about status of order on 5/31/2024. Received a response from Isabel on 6/13/2024. Her email included absolutely nothing. No pertinent information about my order or a status update beyond “processing”. No one cares about the sale you've had going on for over a year because you don’t update your site. Its seems as if they don’t have the items in stock in an all actuality and they’re stealing from the customers to cover up a screwup on your end. I haven’t disputed with my bank yet but I might have too smh. To Amazon I go, you get screwed when you try to patronize small businesses these days.

AVOID Magick, unless you enjoy throwing your $$ away

Found what I thought was a great deal on a book- so I ordered it. When I didn't get any info after a week about my order, I looked for reviews, and found that they're scam artists. Check their BBB ratings. I made screenshots of the complaints (that this company draws out the process of shipping, then gives fake tracking numbers, lies to customers, lies to shipping companies, and tries to extend the whole game until it's too late to do a chargeback or refund). I send an email saying that they were taking too long with shipping and that I wanted a refund, and waited a week. I then called my bank, told them about the lack of response, showed them the reviews, and initiated a chargeback. I got an email a week after THAT from magick, apologizing and saying they'd initiate the refund (which they did not). A week after THAT, I got a shipping notice for the book. It's now been 2 weeks, the tracking number is obviously fake based on the lack of movement through USPS. My bank is great, they gave me the money back and I ordered the book from another company.

Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!

Ordered 6 items and a month later it still hadn’t shipped. I emailed and never got a response. Emailed a few weeks later and was told it would ship within 1-2 weeks. 3 weeks later I emailed to cancel the order and again, never heard back. Finally I emailed one more time to cancel but had to reach out to my bank to resolve it. Still says the items are in “pre shipment” and never got a response. Unfortunate because I had 2 previous normal orders from this company but see this is very common.

Unreliable company

Ordered products that all showed in stock on June 9th. Called 2 weeks later was told it can be a month because there are products on back order. The young lady on the phone was really rude about the situation. She did not care regardless of what I could have said. No personality and no customer service stills at all. I waited another week emailed for an update, explained that I would seek a refund from my bank if I don't get an update. Got ZERO response. Emailed again. Suddenly the package supposedly shipped on 7/9 but the post office shows the tracking number is still pending acceptance of the package. Its been 10 days since a tracking number was finally posted but still no package and no movement. Today is 7/18. Very frustrating. This is not the first time I have ordered from magick. I received my previous order in a timely fashion. I can guarantee it is the last time I will order from Magick.

Horrible experience

Ordered June 6, emailed July 3 because I hadn’t received my order. They “respond within 72 hours.” No response. Started calling. Can only leave a voicemail. Almost August, no order or response from them.

If you don't actually want the items…

If you don't actually want the items you order, this is a great place. This site knows how to take orders, they simply do not know how to fill and ship the orders.I emailed multiple times and tried calling (calls cannot actually be placed to their 800 number) so eventually had to dispute the charge with AMEX.Avoid Magick.com like the planned-demic and its "remedies!"

Delivery takes a long time, so patience will be your ally.

Alright, this will be kind of a longer review, but I’m hopeful folks out there will see this and not freak out if they’ve placed an order recently. I placed a couple of orders within a few days of each other. After a few days, I wanted to look into company reviews and came across this page. What a nightmare. So, what did I do? Assumed I wouldn’t hear from the company or receive my orders. Filed chargebacks and went about my business. I received correspondence from Mariah stating that my orders were to be fulfilled but they were unable to do so on account of my chargebacks. Initially, I thought they were just out to get my money since all of these reviews painted Magick.com to be just a scam. I let Mariah know that I’m an honest person and if I were to receive any items at all, I’d pay for them. All of my items arrived, they created an invoice for me, and I made to sure to pay for what I received. Mariah was awesome, so I give her 5 stars. The only reason I’m not giving Magick 5 stars is because I had no idea it would so long to receive my order. I wasn’t in a huge rush, but I was thinking it may take something like 2 weeks max for an order to arrive. At any rate, I got what I ordered, and will place orders again under the assumption that it may take up to a month to receive it. I’m cool with longer delivery times as long as I’m able to factor that into things.

Magick.com Super Scam

Only because there is no -0, I have to pick 1, I ordered June 4th and June 7th from Magick. I've since written support 5 times starting the end of June for updates and am constantly told 72 hours to shipping at that point. My last communication was 2 weeks ago with no reply, the reply before that stated my orders would ship in 3 weeks.. my orders are still listed as unfulfilled. I disputed on afterpay since they have been paid off and they started a dispute. I guess from the other reviews I've read, I should contact my bank and see what help they can offer. I agree that I wish I had researched reviews first as not doing so was almost a 1st for me not doing so.
