In the monotonous vastness of online shopping, Maison Flaneur struck me immediately for its particular selections. The curated offerings are not simply elegant, they offer the sort of colloquial imagination, humor and sumptuousness of artisans who care and are having fun! This translates to a joy of use in the home that is essential as we go round and round washing up and setting tables and making and unmaking and tidying and making a blessed mess again. I love !
Despite this being an expensive wholesaler, positioned as premium brand, selling “high quality” goods, Maison Flâneur have ridged rules on returns, even in the instance where the product I bought was not as advertised. One would presume, obviously wrongly, that if they are paying £60 for a plate, they may have the opportunity to return the product if they aren’t happy with it. Won’t be using this company again.
I ordered a picture for my daughter’s birthday. I paid for an oak frame. The picture arrived without a frame. I have emailed Maisonette Flaneur four times and sent them a picture of what I received as requested. I told them that it was for a gift so I needed a speedy resolution. I’ve heard nothing from them since sending the picture. There is no telephone number to call and no response to emails. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ENDLESS TIME SPENT TRYING TO RESOLVE THE ERROR IN THE ORDER.AVOID BUYING FROM THEM.
