DO NOT USE !!!!dreadfull customer service. They have returned the car scratched, i have reported it straight away to the guy who bought it , he's done some pictures and said someone will be in touch. No one got in touch, ive tried to call, message, live chat, nothing ! Finally I got a complaint email and sent it, only to find out I had 5 days to report it IN WRITING. Apart from that, its hardly meet and greet - you have to go to the middle stay car park !
My lease car was parked using the 'meet and greet' service. A while after the service had been provided, my car's leasing company contacted me to advise they had paid a parking fine that was incurred whilst my lease car was in the custody of 'meetandgreetlutonairportparking.co.uk'. The car was parked at Luton railway station. The leasing company automatically paid the fine and billed me. I have subsequently repeatedly contacted 'meetandgreetlutonairportparking.co.uk, by phone and email, to request reimbursement of the parking fine. >1month has elapsed since 'meetandgreetlutonairportparking.co.uk' were alerted to the issue. No money has yet been received.
I don’t get people and their wonderful reviews?? This is NOT meet and greet. It’s actually dishonest to call it that. You have to drop your car and the mid stay car park and walk to the airport with all your luggage etc. on your return again you have to walk (in the rain) to the mid stay , roughly 10-15mins and wait for them to arrive! I wondered why I didn’t just pay for mid stay parking and not have someone putting miles on my car , wherever they park it! Ask yourself why you want meet and greet? To go straight in drop and walk stress free into the terminal. I suggest you rename your company
Awful. Waited ages for the guy to turn up and then he eventually called me and asked me to drive the car to him at the front of the airport. When I got him I got a ticket from the airport saying I’d driven into a part of the airport I wasn’t allowed to. I contacted the company and they said on the phone they’d pay the ticket. Then I emailed to follow up and they said it wasn’t their responsibility and refused to pay. It’s cost me a fortune. Untrustworthy and rude. Don’t use them.
