Not meet and greet service at all. We phoned as requested to say we were 20 minutes away, waited 20 minutes once in the car park to be told we needed to pay for the driver to get out, no photos were taken by them and the mileage not noted by them. The walk is a good 15 minutes away from the terminal.Once back in the UK we phoned as requested and had to wait 50 minutes for our car to be brought back to us. Luckily it wasnt raining as there is nowhere to stand undercover. The driver just got out and handed us the ticket and walked off. They are very rude. Would never park this way again, and would never recommend it as a service. It was a joke. On arriving and returning had to make 2 calls to see where they were.
Very disappointing service. I had to wait over 30 minutes for my car to arrive, even though they promised it would be ready when my flight landed. In the end, it took around 40 minutes. Their excuse was that there was no driver available and that I had given the wrong flight number – but it was their own colleague who took the number directly from my boarding pass. On top of that, I still had a 4-hour drive home, so instead of leaving straight away, I was delayed and only got home around midnight. I find it unacceptable to pay for a meet and greet service and then be treated like this. Definitely not the level of service I expected.
Terrible experience. Outbound was fine, driver met us at parking. But inbound flight was terrible. Called to say we were 20 minutes from car park, was told there would be a wait of 30 minutes. Over an hour and a quarter later (and three phone calls) our car finally turned up. Emailed company to give feedback and was met with an automated response addressed to 'Mr no-reply'. Further emails have gone ignored. Will never use again and would recommend avoiding.
Cheap for a reason!Drop Off Experience We followed the instructions when dropping off our car by phoning 30mins in advance…..after 5 phone calls they picked up (note: English is not their first language) and told us where we needed to go (Mid-Stay). We arrived and parked up in mid-stay, there’s no signs or anything to know who the Meet & Greet staff are. You have 20mins free parking before the car park charges you a substantial amount. After phoning 3 times, they picked up and said they’d be 5mins….5mins passed so we did the same again, no answer for 6 calls then when they finally did pick up it was “5mins and someone will be there”; 30mins later someone finally arrived and we gave them the ticket and said you can pay the excess as it’s your fault. To be fair the guy who came was actually quite polite and did offer to take us to the airport door as we had a 7yo and 1yo. We said it’s ok and would walk the 3-5min walk as advertised……note it is closer to 10mins and hilly if we’re being transparent about the walk. Pick Up Experience Instructions for arriving back at Luton; same process of calling when about 25mins from exit……again many calls over a 10min period until some picked up the phone which meant we were now at most 15mins from exit. We were told by the guy who picked us up initially that they would come and get us from the door as we had young children; the guy on the phone said this is possible but would be a 45min wait or we could walk down to the meet & greet and they’ll be there in 10mins. We decided to take the latter and walk down to the mid-stay as would be quicker; well this didn’t happen. After many phone calls trying to find out where our car was we finally spoke to someone who said they never said it would be 10mins and the 45mins was correct. This is just what we wanted to hear when stood in the p*ssing down rain with a 7&1yo. We tried to call back to hurry them up but again when we finally got through the call handler said he couldn’t get hold of the driver of our car….this didn’t fill us with any confidence now. Finally the car did turn up 45mins later as stated. It would have been quicker to go with a Park & Ride option with another company….or pay a little more for a trustworthy company. The company were great and both the drivers were really helpful. I was travelling with my two young children and my mum and when we collected our car late at night the driver helped me with all the luggage while I sorted my children and he got us on my way really quickly. Only reason for not giving 5 stars is that it’s a longer walk from the airport to the drop off than I’d have liked with two tried children, but that’s not within the company’s control. I would use the company again.
I had a wonderful experience at Luton airport meet and greet. Booking was very easy. Directions were straight forward. I was meet promptly at the meeting point. In my return I came back a day early and there were no dramas. That was 3am in the morning. Great service
I had a great experience with this company. Booked 8 August to 12 August The driver was waiting for me to take my car at Luton. He was polite and friendly. When I returned just after I landed I phoned and they said they were sending a driver with the car. By the time I had walked to the car park he was a couple of mins away. This is really good because you meet at the drop and pick up zone and there is 15mins carparking. It allows time to get your bags in, get your route up and drive out. The driver was very nice and polite. Thank god he put the aircon on and got the car cool for me as it was 31° outside. Car in perfect condition mileage as it should be. I will definitely use them again as they were well priced and so efficient. I literally could not fault them
