Went to Meineke today to get my back brakes done on my vehicle a previous quote was over 700 they did it for 500 Carol Kim the manager was totally awesome within three hours I had my car back with new brakes will recommend them to everybody
For Veterans Day the Meineke shop in Helena Mt. was giving free oil and filter changes to the Veterans.When I went down there and explained I purchased a Duralast fuel filter from Autozone and because I could not do it myself and if they would do it for me.They said they did not have the time to do it but I found out latter that was not true.So they scheduled me for the following Thursday.When I took my auto in I reexplained what I wanted. I set the timer on my phone and from they attactly pulled my vehicle in untill they brought the clip board in with my bill was exactly 18 mins.When shown the bill I damn near had a heart attack. They charged me $81.00 to put my own filter on. I wrote them a letter of disapointment and a couple of days latter,one of the owners called me,to discus my bill and she stated: they had charged me for 0.7 hrs. when it was only 0.18 hrs. and everything else was as it should be. They evidently for got about the free stuff the other Veterans received. To me that is unfair trade practices.I intend to file a complaint with the B>B>B>
THE MANAGER AT THE SAHARA AND DURANGO LOCATION IN LAS VEGAS WAS VERY HELPFUL AND AFTER LOOKING AT MY PROBLEM HE SAID HE COULD NOT HAVE THE WORK DONE AS SPECIFIED. HE DID NOT CHARGE ME ANYTHING FOR HIS INSPECTION OF THE ISSUE. THIS WAS VERY GOOD FOR THIS MANAGER TO DO THIS FOR FREE
I paid over $2200 for my undercarriage to be replaced after breaking down a state away.. long story short, I literally left pieces of my car on the highway after nearly being killed as it fell apart driving home. I’ve called their customer service and corporate headquarters over 30x and the 48 hr call back time?? It’s been a week and a day. And the last piece was lucky enough to land in my driveway. Disgusting,unprofessional and flat out greedy uncaring big Corp who doesn’t care that a paying customer was nearly killed thanks to their “repair”.
They sold me a package deal and are not honoring it because they did not provide me with a maintenance card. I have the receipts and the "manager", Erika was rude and unprofessional. I am awaiting a response from corporate and/or the owner. This is store # 1204, located in Lawrenceville GA at 999 Duluth Hwy.
