I do not recommend this meineke in oakville mo period! As long as this Mr Carl likins is the General manager he’s very disrespectful! Very argumentative and labeled I and my wife as YOU PEOPLE 🤔 been going to this meineke for a few years never had to experience anything like this before had just purchased 4 new tires a few months prior to him refusing to serve me I most definitely will let everyone I’ve recommended that this district manager doesn’t like serving US PEOPLE!
I went to Meineke in Columbus on hornbeam lane to get a slow leak in my tire repaired.I was told by an arrogant, slimy manager I needed a tire when i asked to see the slow leak damage I found it to be a small puncture in the middle of the tread. When questioned the manager became arrogant and somewhat hostile. I asked that my car be taken off their rack. I went directly next door to Discount Tire where it was repaired without incident. This is not the first time I have encountered a personality problem with this alleged Manager. I will not return and will communicate the same to my friends, associates and employees. Horrible experience. Terrible management. leaves one to believe this person has a problem with people of color.
DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. Meineke Pueblo Colorado. Mechanic either out of neglect or intentionally ruined timing components while replacing the water pump on my Ford Explorer in order to have me or my warranty company pay for extra repairs. The shop manager and district manager both claim that it was not their fault. But my warranty company, an independent mechanic, and the FORD DEALERSHIP confirm that the timing issue could only have occurred from the mechanic who replaced the water pump doing the job incorrectly.
My grandson is in Texas state university in San Marcos, He call me one night the car was smoking under the hood. He is 5hrs away from me so I search for services center and found Meineke car care so I call them up and told what I needed and ask if they did work for warranty vehicle. They said they did so I made an appt for the following day. Went up there and brought the vehicle to them. All the staff was very kind and profession Especially Mike who gave me the appt right away and Will who receive us the following day. They took our car in and started working on it right away. We felt very fortunate to have gone there because there understood our circumstances. They call the warranty company and got what was needed to be done without any problem . We paid the deductible and came home, the following day the car was given to my grandson without any hassles. Thank you very much. Had a Great experience with Meineke Car care. You can trust them with your vehicle to do only what is best for it.
I actually was referred to Meineke on Main St in Lewisville (store 4241) by someone. With me being a woman… I am often very skeptical about going in for vehicle repairs without a male presence. I am always afraid that that will try and tell me that everything in wrong with my car in hopes to up-selling products and services. However to my surprise everything went so smoothly and the customer service was stellar. DJ let me know about the additional things that were wrong with my vehicle and gave me the option to come back at a after time. From the time that I walked in, and even while I waited … I didn’t get any unprofessionalism. I truly appreciate DJ (Donald),Jeff and Kyle for being so knowledgeable and trustworthy with my whole experience. The presented quality work ethics, and nothing beats great service! I will definitely be coming back! Thanks guys for being so awesome it did not go unnoticed!
Went for an oil change and tire rotation at mieneke in Farmington, mo. I was told I needed an outer tied rod and back brakes and rotors. I was looking at a price at least $900 I called around found plaza tire was cheaper took my car to them and they were honest told me all I needed was back brake pads costing me $169. I will never take my car back to mieneke again plus was charged $20 labor on my oil change. They Lucky they got 1 star. They don’t even deserved that for lying and trying to take people hard working money. Don’t go to them they will take your money. Everytime I walked in their always something wrong with my car
Meineke in Fair Lawn, NJ is the absolute best. I had several issues with my car and came back to Meineke since the original job was under warranty. They fixed the warranteed issue, but another issue came up. I really became suspicious when one job was fixed, and then something else would go wrong, and this continued for about a week. But Sam came through twice. He covered the additional repair costs twice, and I didn't have to pay a dime. I'd say it was his way of assuring me, they really weren't taking advantage of me, and I really appreciated that. And every time I brought my car in, they really worked hard to figure out and resolve the issue. Excellent service and very respectful. Thanks, Sam, for being such a great human being.
Meineke, 1512 Kitkwood Hwy, Wilmington, DE 19805, are a rip off. I spent about $3,000 2022, and my car still didn't run right. I went to pick it up twice and had to tow it back. I found out from another mechanic I needed a new engine. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLES THERE.
